This not the German (right) way
Gunna and him should collab
Very clear bravo
Should do one for cask its slightly different
Bro i can hold the tray very good but when i start putting the drinks on the table mostly the cofeys my hands strat to shake any tips ?
I’m a glass collector fairly new been in the company for two months ish now I will be trying this next shift any advice on how to be quicker too? Like I’ll see some that are still full but can’t find whos drink it is and I don’t like pouring drinks away without knowing if they still are being used?
Cheer~~~a unit of liquid or dry capacity equal to one half of a quart.😊
Será una broma no?😂😂😂😂
Here in brazil , where i worked , you cannot put on tray in table
Anyone else here after spilling a drink all over a customer
Tried this several times and my pint of carling is instead a pint of ice cream
gas flow is too high
thxx man
A pint😂 you weird people that just a cup of beer
That's what they call a cup of beer in the UK & Ireland lol. Pretty sure in the US too but idk
@@karinkorenkova most bar cups I've seen around here are 12 oz, little less than a pint
Спасибо. Так стало намного понятней
Thank you I’m training to be a waitress I hope they keep me ..
Ok, he knows how to carry a tray, but the way he picks up the glasses... it creeps me out😰
Hard to balance
Well that looks good in theory. In practice it's totally different. You will have on the same tray unstable high glasses (pints) of Amstel/Peroni (extremely unstable) plus a plethora of wine glasses and cocktail glasses. Placing a tray on a table is very unprofessional and banned in most respected restaurants, but allowed in pubs (anyway customers will complain). Unfortunately there's no trick or short learning curve. You must practice and practice (even at home) until you'll be a maestro in tray carrying.
Lol I try them with water in the cup 😅jeez it heavy 😅😅
Hello I am from the Philippines, do you accept employees from abroad?
how do you set them down while maintaining the centre of gravity lol
For the newcomers, just drop the fear over spilling drinks, it's going to happen, cannot escape it, so just carry as much as possible. Sooner or later you'll find what suits you best and become amazing. Coming from a 4 month old server, was petrified the first day.
السلام عليكم
beautiful pour. Cheers, everyone.
This is stupid and disgusting. I hate the internet sometimes.
Why
Not clear?
And the rest of my pint?😑
The frothy parts decants in beer, just be patient. people that get upset with beer foam usually don't know it preserves the flavor and aroma of craft draft beers, and don't know it will decant it liquid.
Have fun
Nice. Thx😊
Why that one plate didn’t carry with same time 😮
This is the way. 2 inches foam max. Not 12.
just spilled a btl of hein, fanta and a glass of pink gin and now im learning how to not do that again, none went onto them but it was all over the table lmfao
so usefull thank you love you🥰🥰🥰
I accidentally did some mistake as a waitress.. *I'm new to FnB thingy.. thanks for showing me how to handle plate ❤
What mistakes did u do I have training tomorrow?
That looks sooo good
So many times I see people dip the nozzle in the pint 🤢 Its just one of those things😳. Once you see it you can't stop noticing it.
I thought you weren’t suppose to do that! But I just had a trial shift and they were sticking it all the way to the top
@@makaniistorm8664 You do that if the head is too big and you need more beer, your not meant too, but people do
lmaoo i could never do that the plates at my work are heavy asf and every meal comes with an insane amount of food
Sameeee and I have a weak right wrist from when I broke it so it’s way to heavy
@@Loowee__ bro i resonate with u, i broke my left wrist a while ago and it makes it way harder. best advice i have is go to the gym and take it really slow. ever since i started going to the gym my wrist pain has slowly faded away trust me its worth it.
@@labber7772 yeah ive been doing mobility exercises too, it’s been probably around half a year since with no improvement but in 2 months or so of some strength training for my wrist specifically when I’m in the gym it’s already helped I broke my wrist in an arm wrestle ;)
@@Loowee__ aye thats good to hear, i broke my wrist skating loll
Perfect
Twats watch a video talking about "Fizz" and "Bloating" and consider themselves as beer experts 😂 Great pour there!
Shit pour anything that bubbly should be flipped it’s not Guinness no need slow pour
That's nothing compare to Czech style.
that’d be gone in one sip
This man is an amateur . Enjoy Bloated customers dude
Why?
@@JohnDoe-xv4rp Not enough head
@@JohnDoe-xv4rp Not enough head
Yeah if there not heavy and boiling hot
you can always use a napkin. u just get used to it too
No pour it normally. You’ll have to wait for the fiz to go down but it’ll make the customer not be bloated so they will order more drinks in the long run
Thanks for this example, most dont show plates with food on
I agree
Mmmm, bloated goat feeling!
I’d rather not drink until the point I’m bloated anyway lol.
Yeah that’s cool with empty ones but if you got a tray of like 7-8 different drinks, ciders filled to the brim, bottles as well and carrying it through a busy pub through the car park, over thick and inconsistent gravel, into the beer garden. F that
i work part time as a waiter and tbh when the tray is that full i carry with 2 hands, the classy look of the one hand carry is not enough to risk the embaressment of dropping 10 drinks on the floor, or worse on a table/guest.
Dont you want it to foam up to release all tye gasses?
Yeah if you want a flat beer
@@gerardonova6207 it doesn't make it flat. Actually less foam = you get the beet flat much faster.
That’s a good pump
As a waiter with some years of experience. This is really fun to see knowing I started like this
Thank you so much this is so helpful my first real day as a server is today and Im really nervous about carrying the drinks to the table and the method where u rest it on the table looks very helpful
that's not really proffesional mate
how is it going now
@@germanyboylucobadbo8985 Better than spilling it all over the guests as I did on my first day as a waiter in Nuremberg. Today is my second :(
@@germanyboylucobadbo8985 how is it not.many people do thta, its worth taking the extra precaution
