My favourite room is the purple bathroom… I usually go for a bit of a Shrek colour palette in bathrooms but the disco purple in this build is groovy 🎉

Building tip ; downsize! Aim for much smaller rooms e.g. 3x2 bathroom… you could decrease the other rooms by at least half and it would function fine 😊

also, omg sorry i keep commenting haha but in mt komorebi my fav neighbourhood is the one with the park and the bar. the festivals that happen in every neighbourhood are fun, its lively, the environment is interactive. i think the neighbourhood u visited is the worst one, i always demolish the rental houses and just make my own homes/community lots to acc give it some more activity (if i go there at all)

also yeah i don't own it personally so i've not played it but in evergreen harbour u can like work towards making the neighbourhoods cleaner (or dirtier)

the number of lots in earlier worlds deffo puts them high up in my rankings, even if some individual ea builds are kinda questionable lol, i feel like the neighbourhoods are acc fun to live and play in... esp cuz i can just make or download more/better community lots from the gallery. rebuilding newcrest is always too overwhelming in my opinion haha. tho i do like how nice the environment is in worlds like mt komorebi and tomarang, the neighbourhoods are so big my sim just gets lost there. and i always feel a kinda pressure to make my builds mimic the environment perfectly (but that might be a me problem)

Sometimes, you can fix them. 01:16:14 When it's raining, you can shower in the rain. You can't get a toothbrush, but you can brush your teeth at any sink. With the fish, you can't eat them unless you use a mod that allows you to do that. When you are at any public venue (even other Sims' houses, you can go into build buy and add furniture like toilets, or modify the build, which wont cost you anything) anything you buy from build buy, won't belong to you outside of your lot. When you recycle items, you get rewarded with bits and bobs, which you can use when crafting items.

Noooooooo, you should have given that 400 back😅. It makes it too easy, lol. The main goal for Rags To Riches is to have to work hard to earn everything. That's why it has rules on how and when you can do certain things and make money. Because you have all the packs 👀 🤣 it gives you more money-making options. I'll bullet point them below. You will need to turn off scoring simoleons in the game options, or you'll keep getting free money, which defeats the purpose of the challenge, and you'll get bored quickly, lol. ▫️Go dumpster diving in Evergreen Harbour. You'll find furniture you can sell or even use, and also food to eat. ▫️Forage for fruit, veg, and flowers that you can plant and sell every 24hrs. ▫️There are rocks around several neighbourhoods that you can dig and get items from to sell. ▫️Look for frogs on the tree logs that can be found around neighbourhoods. If you have 2 frogs, you can breed them and sell the one you have bred, and you can breed frogs every 4hrs. ▫️In San Myshuno, you can collect posters from the electric boxes and find snow globes in boxes around the paving to sell. ▫️If you are at a venue that has a microphone, go and sing, you'll get tips, the higher your singing skill the higher the tip. ▫️Don't use people's houses to make food and nap. Instead, go to parks, there are toilets, and people make loads of food at parks, and you can use the sink to wash your hands many times to get clean. Visit gyms and swim centres for showers. The park in San Myshuno has a kitchen you can use to cook without being kicked out. ▫️When you have made enough money, you can buy instruments, or an easel to help as more money-making options. You can also buy a sale table to hold a garage sale at your lot comprising of the plants, minerals, and globes you find, and markup the price to 300% ▫️Participate in the humour and hijinks festival when it is announced. Join a team with a chance to win 500, a microphone, and fireworks that you can sell, and you can use the microphone anywhere you go to get tips. ▫️If your singing skill goes up, you can participate in Karaoke contests at the Karaoke bars, and lounge in San Myshuno to win prize money. ▫️When you go fishing, sell the fish quickly before it goes off, as it reduces the value when off. ▫️When you meet celebrities, ask for their autograph and sell them. ▫️Use your phone to take picture of different things and places, and sell the puctures. The higher your photography skill the higher the value of your pictures. ▫️If you buy an easel, paint and sell your paintings, and you can later buy a sale board to sell your paintjngs on whilst at your lot at a higher prize. ▫️In Sulani you can go beach combing and find shells and other items to sell. They also hold many parties here with free food. A little FYI: until you reach the qualifying amount of $5000 that permits you to build. All items you buy have to be items you can carry in your inventory since you are homeless. So things like a tent or sleeping bag, cooler box for food etc. All these things can be carried in your inventory and add to the excitement of the challenge. Using the scenarios option is a great way to get started with Rags to riches, as it automatically removes your money to 0 and sets a financial goal that deems the challenge as successful when you reach the target goal. There are other parts and rules to the challenge, but too long to post here. I hope this was helpful. 😊

i think if you go to willow creek and go to the houses on the bottom right, there should be a magic tree. if you go inside and fish there might be things worth more money. i always fish there to get cow plants. also if you get quick meals in peoples fridges they wont make you leave.
