thank you!
Major differences between Fusion and Inventor?
Thank you for this series of videos. Will we see 90 to 100? I hope you are well
Skibidi!
Incredible series here, THANKS! I have tried to learn several different cad programs but this one is for me.
calculating error makes no sense, this video is too rushed
nah. You can have your teacher explain what error is measuring. This video shows how to calculate it, it doesn't explain what it is. Good luck with your year!
Seems like exactly what I want but I can't find where watch-later is on desktop, so have some interaction so I can find it via my own comments :) Looking forward to watching this in the next day or two. Good design, not too long, seem to use constraints well at a glance. Cheer
I have a model that I placed a revolve mate to it, but the problem that I'm having is that when I set the limits, it spins in the wrong direction. How can I fix it? Thank you.
@@reginaldolucas4808 flip your working glyphs around by using the flip command in the mate panel.
@@LearnItDoItMakeIt how do I flip the working glyphs? And what's glyphs? Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.
@@reginaldolucas4808 Glyphs are the "pac man" looking signs that show up when selecting a mate. In the window that pops up when selecting a mate, there is an option to "flip" the working planes. In the revolute command box, there is a arrow selection next to the play button that will flip that for you.
Is there a way to contact you? I am stuck on a project that I can’t seem to figure out.

How do you make a taper if you only have the dimensions and not the taper angle ?
@@maptishous Offset plane and loft could work for you.
Thanks
Your videos have taught me more than classes I paid for. Doing small things allowing you to understand the tools was a great way to teach. I’m up to the 17th day.
the buttons to fiz the text dont do anything dont work
Thanks a lot, drag and drop assets did not work. I had to right click and click insert into current design
Amazing video, thanks a lot :)
It looks like the options have changed. Now instead of "Edit Joint Limit", It says "Edit motion limit". And the flag to rotate to set minimum and maximum limit does not exist
From which website did you get the drawing screenshot from?
Seems like this feature is not available in Personal license
How did you get the colors orange, blue, orange, red strip on the timeline?
Hi, all of the tutorials are so far are so nice. Thanks you! In this tutorial when I create a web, it complains "Error: The Rib cannot be created. Ensure profile curve can intersect body, or flip the direction". I did flip the direction but didn't help. I am on version 2.0.19440
Make sure the webbing isn't overlapping and your spacing is wide enough. Let me know if that works!
@@LearnItDoItMakeIt I tried that. It did not work. I closed the object on top and bottom with extrude and then it worked.
Well, if you want to use this beam as a horizontal structural component, the first option (with no supports) is the worst. "I" laying on its side is the best. Just print them long enough and try bending.
Well, sure. That wasn't the concept of this video. It was about layer direction, not beam integrity.
Great
I am so glad you made these videos because of them I'm actually starting to be able to make what i want... THANK YOU
cool
This is a fun thing to make, following all days and learned a lot thank you
That helped a lot. Thanks for the great work LearnItdoitmakeit
Mirroring the shape would be much faster you don’t think so?
Hi mate thought I'd finally subscribe and leave a comment ;-) I've been following along and I just wanted you to know without getting into too much detail, I have adhd and have always struggled to learn things and I go from trying one thing to another almost daily , I've been following along for a few days now and I'm actually excited about something for once in a long time. The point I'm trying to make is I'd have loved a teacher like you back in school! I might not have ended up a complete failure. Hopefully by the end of all your videos I actually learn something new, as usually nothing sinks in. Kind regards from England. PS Don't leave out the mistakes my friend , that's how we learn obviously ;-) Pss (adhd kicked in) I forgot my original points of commenting. I've heard the word counter bore slung around and never thought much about it until you made it visual, I've been learning little things through out this whole play list so thank you, also I hope you're still teaching, much better than any of mine.
thanks - great work. i love the simplicity, the target approach. short sweet and to the point. excellent. side note - if you need to deal with multiple measurements, onshape can convert- say it’s in inches, you can just say 3 mm and program will convert for you to whatever settings are set to. pretty cool.
Quick advice: set your audio to mono in whatever editing software you use, the sound in your videos is coming from the left side almost exclusively; also, your voice seems very quiet compared to your intro and outro, consider increasing the volume of your recordings (maybe also decrease the intro volume a bit, it seems louder than the average intro volume on youtube) Your videos seem very useful, hopefully with better audio youtube recommends them more!

Awesome video! Never thought to do the puzzle cube like this. This hits all the basics: part creation, assembly, drawings. I think I just found my final exam for next week (we didn't do the puzzle cube in class this year) Keep up the great work, Austin.
Glad it was helpful! I have some other cool ideas I am smoothing out for this summer. Hope to get to Day 100 by the end of summer.

Been using OnShape for months. Still really new to it all and folders was a godsend. Thank you. I'm totz organised now.
It currently has a problem where that app appears to be blocked for "safety reasons"
That is unfortunate. It may have changed recently.
indeed, the app is blocked
Super helpful! Thank you!
Where is day 83
maybe add bike cable adjustment for kids to make
where is dfay 89 ;?//
Perfect! Thanks for the straightforward video 🙌
Sorry it's not a proper gear.
Well, I would admit the alignment isn't the best, tooth overlap could be better, and overall an entry level design. Did you know about the spur gear feature script? Super cool. As for critiques... if you're not going to explain how to improve it, all you're doing is heckling.
I just use built-in gear tools for simple gear spur, helix gear. I think you can use its profile. Also a long time ago, I can draw a revolute curve myself by plotting the tangent line at a different angle and calculating the corresponding distance then using spline to interpolate the point.
Hello! I'm having trouble pairing a sliding mate with a revolute for a motorcycle suspension. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong? Thanks for all your content!
A sliding mate with a revolute would be a cylinder mate. That way it will pair the slide with a rotation effect. Getting your directions can be tricky, but it can work.
thank you so much i was clueless till this video
Glad you liked it!

Check out the automata videos later in this series. I build them better after some updates from Fusion. Thanks for watching!
