Hello! My name is Jonathan and I love to travel the world and eat food.
Eating Grilled Meat in Caminito Buenos Aires
Today I looked around the streets of Caminito, a recreated street to show what a traditional part of Buenos Aires looked like back in the day. We stopped at a local restaurant and had some grilled meat which was cooked outside before walking around the street a little.

Today I went to this place called Chori to try Choripan for the first time. This is a sandwich that is popular in Buenos Aires that cuts chorizo in half and puts it in a sandwich with cheese, lettuce, pickles, and secret sauce. This sandwich was delicious!
Eating Braised Lamb in Buenos Aires Argentina
มุมมอง 501ปีที่แล้ว
Tonight I went to a place called Hierro Parrilla in Palermo Hollywood Buenos Aires. I decided to get a braised lamb leg to give myself a break from steaks. (gave my wallet a break too!) Other than being very unsalted, it was delicious! A little grassy flavor with tenderness throughout from the long braise. The mashed potatoes were good too being well salted and a beautiful medium between creamy...

Eating a Huge Chorizo Steak in Buenos Aires! | Las Cabras
มุมมอง 534ปีที่แล้ว
I hadn't eaten anything all day so I decided to eat at Las Cabras again to try this 28oz Chorizo T-bone Steak. It was amazing! The platter alone would have been worth it with a steak to top it off. There was a beautiful Pumpkin and Squash puree as well as mashed potatoes, French Fries, Rice, and roasted peppers and onions. Not to mention a fried egg! I definitely left with my tummy full.

I from CR, you did an amazing job with this video!!! Piña de tamales :) you got it
cool
You missed the Pease and the garbanzos
Depende de la receta. No todos ponen garbanzos o guisantes. Otros ponemos también huevo duro y pasas.
Blue Corn
Hope you visit my country of the Dominican Republic. The food is amazing.
Hi I also have a TH-cam channel and just uploaded my family's costa rica tamale recipe. I love to cook and make Mexican and Dominican tamales too. Every country's version is different. Great video!
Thanks for this video! About to visit CDMX and I’m big on eating insects, definitely going to check this market out.
Grate the onions as well.

In the Netherlands there are not alot of Cheese makers doing it this way they in the Netherlands alot of Cheese production adds veggi rennet or animal rennet to age them faster but it creates a wet sock smell and taste and if you like that from a stinkt cheese like alot of french cheese you do you but i like Gouda belegen cheese its little salty but also creamy
Love that guy❤
This girl is wondering wtf this dude is doing
Curious to know what you are doing with the Whey after the preparation

100% grandmother made without lemon
I gotta say, i agree with you on how they taste. I've had the opportunity to nixtamalize my corn into tortillas and yes, they do have that stronger corn flavor. Also probably explains why my cousin doesn't like the tortillas in the US. He says they're bland bc they taste like Maseca since that's easier to find
Uy no te entendí nada. ¿Te gustó la carne? Me pareció que te gusta más cocida verdad? Porque dejaste las partes mas crudas. 😊
Subscribed.Thank you for your videos.I visited "La cabrera" in BA last February.Ordered Tomahawk steak~800 g + few things on the side + 1 bottle of wine= cost @ 100 US dol. for 2 people.Quite busy restaurant.
I've been making this bread for several years now, but have made a few adjustments along the way. I have reduced the milk twice (that's the main ingredient that is providing the soft texture) so the loaves with have some more chew--but still on the soft side. Also, I now use a bread sponge using part of the flour, water, and yeast from the recipe and letting it ferment for 24 hours, which gives superior flavor. I could NEVER go back to the garbage sold in grocery stores that have little to no flavor (if you're lucky) or taste like vitamin pills! Plus, making bread is so satisfying! This is a beautiful loaf, Jonathan! Keep it up!
I like corn tortillas but the ones in stores are trash, that's how I ended up watching your video.
Very interesting watch I’ve just started making my own cheese and I’m hoping to mature for at least one year on them all
Japanese: We know how to eat every fish, shellfish, snail, and basically anything out of the sea. Mexicans: That's cute.
Full disclosure, I am Mexican-American by way of San Antonio!
One of my all time favorites!
Gracias
Oh daddy
Home country of THE NETHERLANDS. Holland isnt a country its two provinces of the netherlands..
You did such a nice job with these recipes! Do you think it’s possible to make the dough without a mixer and hook? I only have the small hand-held type…
Yes definitely! I have only ever made dough by hand. You will knead the dough rather than hook doing the work. 🙂
When in rome eat like the romans do, looks good
Wow thats a ton of food. No to go box?
Great advice to simmer the tongue. I made this today (omitted salting overnight and removing the skin) and thought it was fantastic. Very tender. I plan to do it again.
Typical yanky, comparing a taco with an empada, 😅
Hello Jonathan, I have the cookbook, and it is fantastic. I just made the Classis American Sandwich Bread, which turned out amazing! Please continue to produce your helpful videos. I wish you all the best.
Dude this is good content idk how you dont have more subs
Ok after looking through thumbnails and watching the video I think I understand the low subs nothing to do with you lol. 1.) Seems as though the thumbnails need more details as to what the video is about about. You have good thumbnaik images but littlw description of whats presented without prior knowledge of what were looking at. Infact this video has one of the better ones but I think it still needs more with description saying its corn tortillas in the thumbnail. (ik its an older video now but thus kinda stuff is evergreen content might be worth the change.) 2.) You should do more call to action in your video. I only recall you asking for a subscription and a like at the end. People forget about it all the time even if they enjoy it, Ik i do ( I did sub and leave a like) But around the time you transition to the trip to Mexico or the return would have been a good spot for a call to action. Past that i can't think of anything. I watch alot of YT and have listened to alot of what Mr.Beast and others have said about getting viewers attention. Just my opinions obviously but i believe you could absolutely have a big channel with the right presentation.
I don't see where you posted the ingredients and measurements. Please add
Glad I watched this. I was about to make the Test Kitchen variety, but I don’t want a super heavy roll. I’ll keep looking. Thank you🙂
Lah-may
I thought it pronouns as “ How-da” .
That looks like responsibly made, great cheese. One day, I'll try it!
one of my favorite childhood meals my dad used to make all the time! Pro tip: grate the potatoes in cheese cloth draped over a bowl. It will make less mess and easier to strain all water from potatoes after grating. Thanks for sharing!
This cheese is AMAZING!!!!! The young gouda is my favorite, but all ages are incredible!!! I am originally from La Crosse but now live in Florida, and good cheese is what I miss the most!!! A friend from the Thorp area was visiting and brought me some of Marieka's gouda to try! Well, I have just ordered $60 worth of Marieka Gouda and cannot wait!! Simply amazing! Thee best cheese I have ever tasted.
I love how the cows are actually cared for, and aren’t just crammed into a small space, with no consideration for their mental wellbeing. The babies even get little houses! 🥰
RESPECT Thank you for keeping it REAL Much love

Our family loves your Mom's cinnamon rolls. We actually prefer the whole wheat add. Thanks for sharing! It's our go to recipe now.
