Today I have a cold but I decided to go out anyway to make this video. I used 5 different toppings for theese sandwiches as you can see in the video! It was really cold (-4k) but it was windy aswell so theese sandwiches with some tea was perfect. Taking ice baths is something I enjoyed last year so now Im at it again! Starting out carefully and slowly is important, we need to feel what our body can take and how to build up to be able to stay in the water for a longer time.
