Great sequence. Could you do a sequence on standing stretches for office workers? Specifically overhead movements to open you up after sitting.

Shanel you are amazing! Following your insta story earlier this week I managed to lift my wheel but not high but it was a start. Today I decided to do this practice, I suffered all the way through to wheel, but then miraculously I lifted it higher than ever in the last 20 years. It was so worth to suffer through the beginning just for that feeling. Thank you for this practice and all the tips!
