Exe. Give that thing up. I was on 3.5 cartons a month. I used the Vuse to give it up. Yes not ideal to move to vape but let me tell you it graafd overnight. 2.5 years later exe I can run 10km and even more from not being able to walk up one flight of stairs. I feel tops. Yeah I'm still on the vape that thing needs to vy soon but the difference physically and mentally is banging. I even lost 20kgs in that time, started vying gym and chowing laka and all that. Start exe.

You did it before. You can again. Find a hobby that's relaxing for now then when stronger get fit. You need to replace addiction with something that will keep you busy

It's been 2 years and 8 months since I've given up smoking. Prior to that, I had been smoking for almost 36 years. Just got up one morning and said F.......it....cold turkey. No gum, no vape.....niks.....One of the best decisions I've made. First few months can be difficult, however, the benefit far outweighs the craving. You can do it brother.
