What they’re doing platform renovations?

I mean they’ve been doing that at Eglinton

I haven't been back to ON since 2020, but for 3 years prior when I visited the Scarborough platform was torn up. The conductor would tell riders in the 3 last cars to move up to the center of the train if they had to get off there.

@gregbourden1451 oh ok. Maybe they did that work there at Scarborough during Covid times where a lot of transit project work still went on like the completion of the new MiWay/Mississauga and Go bus terminal at Kipling Station

Oh wow that’s a great way to find out about the project plans. That means they’ll have to close the road and detour the 14/14A buses. How will the 14/14A buses get to Appleby Go from Oakville Go not being able to use Burloak?

Same here. I did catch one crossing Humber Loop, but I believe that one was on equipment move and heading to the Willowbrook maintenance yard

I also did catch 2 I believe from the Go train rides I took last Saturday on the Lakeshore East line

@@transittown7891 Lucky! A transit system you should visit is Ottawa. They’re opening a whole new line along with an extension of the Trillium Line! They also have so many routes and the Transitway. There fleet is unique with more articulated buses then standard buses. Along with the topic, whenever I see a Via Train, it’s usually a P42DC or a F40PH with Budd cars.

@@transittown7891 Etobicoke has tons of intresting trains and buses such as the Orion VII and the Siemens Chargers!

Yep it’s a great rail service, except they still are working on joining the fare integration with the TTC where you don’t have to pay double fares between TTC and UP Express
