Wasteland is awesome! Being a team of rangers is cool as hell. Wasteland 2 is badass. There's something really cool with having your gold-star ranger badge in your inventory. It's like a token of how badass you are. Fallout 2 is close to my heart as it was the first pc game I ever bought with my own money and the first game I played non stop until I finished it. It opened my eyes to how immersive a game can be, and how different the storytelling can be in a game, compared to a book or tv. I love both series equally, though I prefer the topdown view of Wasteland. Great video.

You make a valid point on this. I guess my complaint really stems from just changing older games in general. As an isolated incident, adding pants to a character isn't my problem, rather that the gaming industry as a whole tries to modernize or erase the legacy of older games. But I do agree that the pants are the least of my actual issues with remakes and reboots. I only complain for games as a whole 😂

I only complain internally how much it disrespects the now deceased Akari Toriyama.

PURE HERESY!!! Leaving out Space Hulk: Vengeance of the Blood Angles and Space Wolf. Yeah Space Wolf started as a phone game but plays better on last gen consoles and Switch.

I prefer Wasteland as well. Wasteland 1 was one of the first RPGs I played in the early 90s. Also I prefer the gameplay in the Wasteland games to the later Fallout games. Edit: also the Desert Rangers are from Arizona and trying to set up supply lines there. AFAIK they have never been closer to Texas then Arizona or Colorado. (I don't feel like checking which state is closer to Texas.

I heard that the second game was planned but it never come to picture pain me so much. The only other game that close to this one is Overlord. Also, thanks that this game exists, it let me play with myself.

I think Freedom Fighters "might be my favorite game ever made" as well😉. First game to capture the true essence of battle chaos in no small part due to having so many AI recruits. Jesper Kyd's surreal soundscape still haunts me to this day. Truly amazing little video here👍

Loved the game and waited for the sequel for decades now. Whats keeping them? Russians are the bad guys again in eal life and the market is starved for some tactical third person game.

Dude, what? Tier list gets an F for sure lol. Heart gold/ soul silver are S tier, fire red/leaf green are A tier, black and white are A tier, black and white 2 are S tier, your entire A tier row needs to be moved down to C tier except ruby/sapphire which is B tier. How have you not played platinum (S tier) and black and white 2 and be making a list haha.

I never really listened to the pr, i always loved this game, played ot for hours when it first released then got 100% language and milestones. Then my friends started to get into destiny hard and so did i then i spent some time away from NMS and found it hard to want to go back because it was so different from what i played but I started back up last expedition and I love it again. Before i stopped the last update I played was foundations.

It took me forever to get into this game. Even after it got good, I just couldn't find my flow with it. I didn't understand it. I would get completely overwhelmed by all the things and felt compelled to do all the things like you would in a typical game. But in NMS, you just CAN'T, so it was like FOMO on a galactic scale. When that second Sentinel update dropped (can't remember what it's called, but where you find the crashed ships and abandoned tech camps) I finally buckled down. I decided to limit myself going in, to pick a path and stick to it with the occasional deviation. THAT is when I really discovered NMS. I put quite a lot of time in, finished the Atlas questline, had a couple nice S-class ships and freighter and weapons on everything that could obliterate anything that got in my way. Had a great time, put it down to go back to a new modlist in Skyrim. That was a couple years ago. The new update brought me back, and on PC for the first time and I'm having a blast. Not only Worlds, but the 2 or 3 updates in between where I left off and having a handful of QoL mods that helped out that early grind and keep things running smooth. NMS went from a game that sucked, to a game I didn't get, to one of my favorite modern games that I will be coming back to for many years. Can't wait to see what's coming down the pipeline and Light No Fire looks DOPE!

i originally bought the game when it was at its probably lowest point not too long after release because at the time key-resellers where desperate to get rid of their keys nobody wanted then. best ~15 bucks spent on a game in retrospect

Good to see that event videos filled with AI-generated staff don't have to be as awful as these zero effort shorts. This is exactly how AI tools should be usedIt is not perfect, and I can tell that the voice is a bit strange, but I am not sure whether it is generated or real, same for the script I cannot tell whether it is Chat gpt or not. AI generated logo still has some logical nonsense typical for AI generated images . I recomend generating something that is one entity and not composite image like the one you used. I hope you will continue, this video was great.

Timeless Entertainment is dangerous

I play this at release as well and was really disappointed with how empty the game was with most of my time going from planet to planet just gathering resources and that was it.. jumped back on a year ago and was amazed with what they have done, it’s one of the games on my rotation now

I always get excited when I look at Rome 2 mods, the ammount of effort, all the content, all the tweaks... I always end up downloading something, usually DEI. Now, the MOMENT I land into that first turn campaign screen, my enthusiams plummets, because it's still Rome 2. The weird and awful political system, the barebones diplomacy, the UI and icons, the tacked on "family tree" completly disconnected from everything else. I honestly think I get PTSD whenever I reach that fist campaign screen, since Rome 2 was one of the first games I preordered and it was an incredible dissapointment. I feel bad because the DEI team is obviously talented and they were definetly inspired by legendary mods like Europa Barbarorum, but at the end of the day, it's still Rome 2.

Love DEI. Ive always wanted to simulate the roman senate with Govenors assigned to their provinces leading armies etc. Roleplaying that is hard
