If you listen to his prayer namaz youtube video you will hear him reading the smallest surahs of the Quran in very Persian Accent. He does know Tajweed at all. He sounds like an Irani Menu, Khorish Bodemjan, Gaymeh Sabzi, Tehdayg, Koobideh Kabob. Listen to him read Quran and then listen to any Imam of Makkah and Medina and you will hear the difference.
