The quarantine is hard for everyone, especially for the people who can not go back home. We made the feast for a friend's parents, who are stuck in the U.S. because their airline tickets were cancelled. Hope the COVID-19 leaves us ASAP!!!!!!

Bella did this at home for daddy who missed the show because of work. She learned a lot from her teachers although she got early enrollment and entered the classroom a month later. The teachers put a lot in her adaptation in Kindergarten and help her a lot. Thank you, Vienna!

要注意的是雌性雀鱔肚內的魚子大毒！那管生鮮抑或煮至全熟，只需食了一羹份量就足矣不堪設想！
據說雀鱔肉質粗糙，其實是亦都可以食用的。其魚鱗有別於所有魚類包括鰣魚，是人類牙齒的琺瑯質，所以特別堅硬。
肉质很紧实，口感跟龙虾很相似，微微油炸，很好吃，很鲜美的
