the long awaited bout tour video!! after a week on the boat we had to return home for a few days before the sailing adventures start but we managed to get the boat cleaned up and give you guys a tour before we left. Enjoy and see you next time!!!

Finance company is dragging their feet and denied us for our boat loan because they said we have to much debt. even though we sent them the conformation letters that everything is payed off. so we start over Monday even though our hard closing on our boat loams just days away!!!!

This robert at palm cove marina . Happy to see that you all are getting out there and living it. Life has changed since you were here Kelli was diagnosed with cancer and is not able to walk we are living in my bosses house and I'm still on the pay roll but I've been a full time care taker for my wife . We had a good run as live aboard s 8 years total. . March 3rd our lives changed .we were living the dream and in a split second it was over. So with that said .Live like there s no tomorrow.
We are so sorry to hear this Robert. Tell Kelli we are thinking of you both and can not put into words how much we hate to hear this. You have my number if we can help with anything. And thanks for watching the videos. You guys are some of the really good friends we have made out here on the boat and hope we can stay in touch!

Wow, this is crazy! I had a tentative offer on this boat but couldn't get there right away. The broker told me someone from Corpus (my hometown) had an offer on the boat and beat me to it. I'm guessing that was you! I had a backup offer and when your acceptance date expired I was told I would have her but the owner gave you an extension. Well, congratulations and hope you enjoy her.
Mark Barry that is crazy. Man it was a pain getting the finance company to get off their duff and finish up the process. Good luck on the boat shopping and hope to see you out there somewhere!!

The broker told me you were trying to sell your ranch in Corpus. I was raised in Corpus most of my life. Where was your ranch? That is the biggest lesson is we should have done some small local shakedown sails before just heading halfway across the country. But it is not my style to do anything half way or the easy way so....... lol

I agree. Nice looking boat! Bought same year and model last year and sailing it from Long Island to the Chesapeake Bay. Love the boat, the ease of sailing her and the accommodations
