My name is Chester, and I am from Osu, Accra but live in Toronto, Canada. I want to provide you with feedback to make your vlog more professional: (1) You have chosen a great niche. Watching your vlog through Labone Estates transported me psychologically to Ghana. Labone and the surrounding areas were my playgrounds growing up. But what if I am not a Ghanaian? What about the non-Ghanaians who may watch your vlog but do not know where Laone or Koforidua is? You have lost potential non-Ghanaian subscribers!!!!. Solution: Can you not find a Ghana map on the internet, download and you annotations that will show (a) the location on the map, (2) the population, (3)the economy (livelihood), and (4) Hospitality and entertainment. You did that brilliantly on this vlog, mentioning the (a) block-making factory and (b) hospitality and entertainment, ie hotels, social activities, etc. (2) You have a non-aggressive, calming voice which makes your delivery endearing.

East Lagon was where I stayed the first time I was in Accra. You also passed a local furniture maker. If I purchase a condo, I want local craftsman to make furniture for me. Also that plantain look good 😊.

Why did they name the area Lagos Ave? By the way, next time, show us the residential areas of East Legon. This area is too busy and not really nice. East Legon in the seventies and eighties, it is a site to see, but not anymore. It is now footofooto! 🤔

When I tell people Eastern Region is the most developed region in Ghana 🇬🇭 except maybe Greater Accra, people think I’m lying. Eastern’s road infrastructure, townships and well arranged settlements, hospitals 🏥, banks 🏦, modern buildings, ancient building upgrades, nature , hotels, resorts, neatness, is more than Ashanti region and any other region.

Oh wao! I was born and bread in Kofcity. Everything has changed. The city has become big and new roads and buildings have made the city beautiful. That traffic light was commissioned in my presence by col. Takyi. My last time I visited the city was in 1997 to 1999. I’m loving this video.

I traveled to Kofordia about 3 years ago and there was a mountain that we walked to the top of, there was a small soccer field near the top. At the top very Beautiful view of Kofordia, do you the name of the mountain? Very friendly and helpful people we meet there.

I hails from koforidua, the town is very old and dated with no refurbishment ( maintenance) will urge the city Council to lobby the government to provide them some funds for improvements in the town centres.
