Knurled Knobs (for novices) - introduction to knurl effect for 3D printing in Shapr3D
I wanted to share how I make the knurled effect on my 3D printed knobs, buttons, levers. I use Shapr3D on my iPad but this technique works even better in Fusion360, etc. This is intended to be an introduction.
This is my first how-to video, would appreciate any feedback!

Great tutorial! Took me a few tries because I’m not that well versed in Shapr3D. However, I was finally able to make my own custom, knurled knobs. My 3d Printer did the rest. I was able to dial in a tight tolerance for a nice press on a M6 hex screws. Came out fantastic! Thank you!
That’s great to hear it was useful! Thanks so much for the feedback :)
This video was very helpful for me and my wife and we've never used shapr3d. Working on some custom tools now and excited to put this to use thanks again!
Thanks so much for the feedback! Glad you found it useful!
