Tried to for about 15 minutes, No dice, However it doesn't even say I have 4 char's like it should, Says I have 3, My level 10's and my 35 who was 24 before they even EXTENDED the period you had to get your jump. and I did register after the 20th of november , So the Registration aint a problem with it. It seems as though Nexon Literally did just fuck up ( Not unusual for them judging from some of their other games as well. )
