    Thank you! I recently broke a bone in my foot, and am unable to weight-bear for several weeks. This has been a lesson in “lack of control” for me (much-needed). But workouts like yours, short and so effective, are getting me though. Appreciate you!

    I'm seriously so grateful I've been hopeless since Thursday when I got a nail stuck in my foot, I've been feeling completely defeated not doing my regular workouts. But I talked to my therapist and we were able to find you, in happy to know I can at least keep my upper body fit until my foot is healed ❤️

    trying this with a cast up to my upper thigh from a rlly bad broken, shattered and twisted tibia and fibula. can’t bend my leg so most of these were very helpful! thank you sm for this vid because i’ve been eating sm chocolate to cheer me up lol i’ve gotten so fat haha 😂 🙏

    I broke 5th metatarsal almost 4 weeks ago and I researched all over TH-cam for very intensive workout with non-weight bearing. This was the best one I can say, it is really saving me while I have to stay at home all day, thank you very much!

      @@medhaachaturvedi I'm almost back to normal. Has been 3 months and there is no swelling, redness or continuous pain. I can run, jog and walk normally but jumping cause pain sometimes.
