There isn't any audio until the meeting officially begins. You can fast forward to 19:25 for the beginning of the meeting. There were some technical difficulties starting at 23:20 where we briefly lost audio, but the issue was resolved and everything returns back to normal at 27:30.

Foo Foo can not even stay still long enough to hear the prayer. He never should have been considered a "Christian".

The city officials really need to do better. The city of Helena-West Helena looks like warzone hit right after a hurricane and a tornado. Stop abusing your authority and learn to work with others. 😮

to preserve for the record, the Mayor's daughter did come on and comment, categorically denying every claim of reconciliation and counselling suggested by the mayor, he has not reached out to his family yet.

So thankful that the mayor didn't show up. His foul mouth and disrespect has left a horrible stain on our city.

Please support the festival! Would be coming from Florida with the family for this. Really looking forward to it. City of HWH you have a volunteer here at your service. Since security is #1 that's an easy fix. It's a safety issue. What I would like to see is the city open a multilevel parking garage, and the infrastructure, meaning buildings or just the land for people to be able to be "tourists". I mean I would spend more time and time is money. I'm so inspired, I love HWH. I want to see it on stickers, license plates,jewelry, key chains, t shirts, postcard/stamps, and I would pitch in just to be able to have a nice ending with fire works from the arkansas side of the bridge. Yeah it is worth to note we must bring the line from marks to hwh. The gateway to the world!

My thing on this water mess….the Mayer knew about this for years, he has been on the council for 13 years and block it every time it was brought up. It is definitely his fault and the Valley’s too.

Does saying fines will increase mean community service will allow the courts to RAISE THE CURRENT FINES?

Is it correct that the Water Department owe the Sanitation Department $1.1 millions from 2018 to 2023? If my math is correct that is $183,333 dollars per year or $15,277 per month. Will an additional $183,333 per year solved all of the budget and equipment issues in Sanitation Department?

How much money (fees) is not being pass through from the water department each year? You keep talking about how much total is not.

Every time i see Valley deliberate about dogs I have to laugh. We have the worst people ever in charge of animal control, including these "dog rescue" people who are using AC as a guise to find "adoptable dogs" to fit their agenda. Loose, stray, unattended dogs have been a problem in West Helena since Valley was mayor and just gets worse every day. People walk the streets armed to the teeth just to fight off the dogs.

Sounds like he has a good plan for the rescue and future of hospital. Our hospitals E-R have a 3-4 hour wait time. But we have a ton of minor emergency care facilities and they will see you within the hour

This would be a great program for the blight brigade in the Helena region. I’ve found a ditch in by the dr office on popular and porter that causes flooding in that area I’d do it but I need help
