We sold these Pataks Curry Pastes and Sauces in our shop back in the 90's. A lot of people in our town became more aware of Curry and Indian Food in general back then from buying those products and more from our shop (not blowing my horn saying that it was only us who played a role in that) It was an exciting time when younger people wanted more out of world cuisine and were making the transition and it was reflected by the attitudes and excitement of the customers to try Indian Food upon buying these products and the fresh curries we sold and we felt it. I never went into business as a profession but I definitely learned how to play the guitar :)
