So far we have talked to parents and staff on camera about what Stagecoach means to them. And now it is the turn of some of our senior students in Further Stages, who are aged 14.5 years+. It is clear that it is a very valued part of their week.

We have noticed how often our Early Stages Helpers are so inspired by working with young children, and they gain so many useful child-handling skills, whilst in the role, that they choose a career in education. Hannah is such a person. Hear what she has to say....

It was actually the Food Festival at this point, as 2 festivals were on that day. And more cake than you could shake a stick at to follow!! Happy Days!

Grateful thanks go to Shannon, our ex-student from Stagecoach Yarm and Further Stages for agreeing to decorate the Stagecoach cake in the Darlington Food Festival`s Cake Walk this weekend. She also has a little surprise up her sleeve for us all in a couple of week`s time - can`t wait!!

Elliot must be the most multiply successful student ever to have come out of Stagecoach Darlington to date. Elliot has won places at Sylvia Young`s stage school and now at `The Urdang Academy` in London to be trained in Musical Theatre. Professionally, as a child, Elliot played in West End tours of `Chitty Chitty Bang Bang` and `The Sound of Music` as well as playing in the original cast of `Matilda` with the RSC. Elliot also played in `Oliver` in the West End. His brother, also a Stagecoach Darlington student, now plays the piano for a living in prestigious venues like `The Dorchester` and sailing around the world on the QE2.

Lovely to hear from Rachael again and to have been able to keep up with her in her time at RADA and her life beyond, including becoming a film producer :)

We are SO pleased to see Hayley back with us - this time reaching the All Boy Dance Class in Hip Hop after she founded and entered her own Hip Hop troupe into competitions when she was at university

The lovely Eavie, who comes back from time to time to see us and wanted to support us with an anniversary video. Thank you Eavie. We miss you.

You were a big part of Stagecoach when you were with us and I know from the Cambridge Stagecoach principal that you are a very much valued member of their staff now and create some fantastic choreography. Tiff gained a position in Disneyland Paris several years ago, after she auditioned at the Pineapple Studios in London, whilst she was still a student in Further Stages. She has worked there ever since apart from two stints on the Disney cruise ship. The latest stop includes a visit to Disney`s private island...... It`s a HARD life :)

Ah - Zoe Birkett - wonderful to see her doing so well. She reduced me to tears when I saw her play the lead in `Bodyguard` recently, in Newcastle. Always so lovely and always so grounded. We are very proud that Zoe started her performing life with Stagecoach Darlington

Good to see this video again and that wonderful black and yellow stagecoach at Raby Castle. It looks like it was made for us :)

Wonderful to see all those great kids again. Many are at university and performance colleges now because this video was made a couple of years ago as a competition entry - which we won!! Wey Hey! Great times!!
