I'm a friend and former coworker of Zach DeRaedt (16:00) from Ohio, and he was the heart and soul of our shop. Funniest guy I know, and just an absolute joy to be around. Obviously being a good comedian takes a lot more than being funny in a work setting, so it's a huge transition and challenge for him. I miss him for sure but I love seeing him go chase his dream and seeing his hard work and improvement. Keep at it bro!
