Gingely Oil 2 TBSP Red Chilly 5 Urad Dhal 1 TSP Channa Dhal 1 TSP Corriander 1 TBSP Roast Above Items Separately And Keep Aside In the same pan add 250gm thinly sliced Kovakai and Sauté for 6-7 Min in medium Flame To this Add Tamrind, Required Salt, 1/4 Cup Coconut & Sauté for few seconds Let it cool down completely,Transfer to Mixi Jar,add little water & Grind Enjoy with Hot Rice,Ghee/Gingely Oil

Gingely Oil 2 TBSP(Do not Skip Gives Extra Taste) Garlic 20-25 Shallots 10 Lemon Sized tamrind Dry Chilly 10-15(Depending Upon your Spice Level) For Tempering Gingely Oil 4 TBSP Mustard ~1/2 TSp Urad Dhal ~ 1/2 TSP Curry Leaf~ 1 String Saut Shallots, garlic,tamarind,Red chili Grind in Mixi adding little water In pan add above mentioned Tempering items Add grinded chutney,add Water if needed Can Be Stored Upto One Week
2 Banana 2 Tsp Oats 6 Fig (Soak in Water for 10Min) 4-5 Dates 1 Cup Milk Few Ice Cubes(Optional) Add All The Above Items To A Mixi Jar, Add Soaked Fig With Water(this gave sweetness In It),Blend Everything Together & Enjoy Healthy Smoothie. U can Add Choclate Syrup For Extre Taste❤️

In A Bowl Soak 2 Cup Rice,1 TSP Fenugreek,4 TBSP Urad Dhal In Another🥣 For Three Hours. To Grind: Add Soaked Items To A Mixi Jar, Add 1 TSP Jeera,5 Green Chilly,1 Inch Ginger,250gm Suraikai(Bottle gourd),Salt, Add little Water And Grind Everything Together. No Need To Ferment You can Make Thin Crispy Dosa/uthapam.Enjoy With Chutney

1.In A Pan Heat Oil,Add 1 Medium Size Onion And Sauté Well ,Add 1 TBSP Ginergarlic Paste Sauté for few seconds 2.Add 400gms Minced Chicken/mutton,Add Spices(Pepper 1 TSP,Chilly Powder 1 TSP,Garam Masala 1/2 TSP , Salt)Give A Mix, Add 1/4 Cup Water 3.Let It Boil Till Water Evaporates Completely And Chicken Is Cooked 4.You Can Also Add Any veggies Of Your Choice 5.Add Chopped Corriander Leaves,Give A Final Mix,Remove From Heat 6.You Can Add Mayonnaise/Ketchup To The Stuffing You Can Use This Stuffing In Bread,Chappathi. I Have Used Puff Pastry Sheets 7.Take 1 Sheet Of Puff Pastry And Cut into Lengthwise,Place Some Stuffing In Middle Of Each Half And Shape With Your Hands,Egg Wash One Side Of Each Rectangle,Seal The Edges As Shown In The Video 8.Chill The Sheets For 10Min,Flip The Sealed Edges To The Bottom And Cut Each Log Into 16 Pieces 9.Egg wash The Rolls(Eggwashing Before Slicing Becomes Messy,So Slice First) 10.You Can Freeze The Rolls and this Step And Bake When you Need To Cook Bake In Preheated Oven @ 375 F/190 C For 15-20 Min Untill Puffy And Golden ENJOY Hot/Cold
