I have an embarrassing amount of hours in character creators lol. I'm also an artist so that's probably a big factor as well.

Wich head i tried 23 but not same like yours
I ran through the character creation process again to make sure I wasn't tripping, this time choosing a completely different template and then choosing head #23. I was able to replicate everything after choosing base head #23 and matching all the sliders. I did however run into a few crashes that rolled back some sliders or didn't save properly, so maybe recheck your sliders

If you use base face #23 on the second tab you should be able to replicate it after adjusting the sliders
