I only figured this out on accident, I couldn't find this information anyone on the internet and everyone says you have to have a scanner to do this. I was trying to follow a different procedure from a different GM vehicle and could not get it to work and accidentally stumbled onto this method . I had watched another guys video and he never mentioned “service” mode and when I was done with my brakes I had a service brake light on. Your video helped me clear it all up and I will use it in the future before I work on the brakes. Thanks 🙏
Thank you, I didn't leave comments on cuz I didn't want people calling me a dumbass lol. Every mechanic I talked to said it was not possible to put it in service mode unless you had a scanner.

What's the deal with all the numbers in the "title" ???
I guess it's just the date that was automatically produced by my computer when I created that video, I made it to show one of my friends because I could not find a video clip of that anywhere on TH-cam, when I first made it I titled Peter Griffin basic instinct, TH-cam immediately remove the video LOL.
