I’m 29, still at home, working at Office Max as a Cashier. Never wanted to go to college but did want something good so I can enjoy my life. Covid really did a number on me & many others too. This year for me is about surrendering to the process and just letting go. Just focusing on my goal, my inputs, and letting God take care of the rest. I was laid off in December 2022 in tech and still working my way back and finding my path.

About to be 33, I was stuck in abusive situations and relationships practically my whole life. Being homeless for a lot of my adult life has been hard. I just got a new job as a waitress and I moved back into my childhood home with my aunt. There’s many days where I feel lost, like what am I supposed to be doing.. I’m still trying to figure that out..

I honestly can't tell if I relate to this content or not (I enjoy listening to what you have to say regardless). I graduated last year, Considered going to college (got accepted to the closest school near me that had the course(s) I wanted to take) but ended up not following through due to concerns I had with my financial situation, but more so just the fact I wasn't sure if I was ready to commit to more schooling. Strongly considering the military, but I don't really know. Don't really want to start applying/talking to recruiters yet to decide if its right for me. So I guess I won't, and I am trying to tell myself it's ok to wait. It's ok if I decide to commit to my future tomorrow, it's ok if it takes a year. Because when I feel that I want to, I will.

I gave up on living my life at 16. A bunch of shit happened and I just said fuck this shit. Dropped out of highschool, no plans for college, never got a job and don't plan on it. I could never stick with doing the same thing over and over, I had to constantly do different things no matter what it was whether that be hobbies, the kind of people I was attracted to, the people I interacted with, etc., because it just got incredibly boring which is why I could never get a job. I know I would get bored and sick of it and quit and move on to the next thing that would interest me. I wanted to kill myself and attempted a couple times and I'm still suicidal but, I came to realize how it would break my mom, she already lost one son. It would damage and stick with my nephew for life, he adores me and I him. I lost my uncle when I was young and he was my favorite person in the whole world, it changed me and he just died of natural causes, I couldn't imagine how much more it would've affected me if it was a suicide instead. I've told my mom I wouldn't kill myself but that I just couldn't bring myself to enjoy life. I'm 23 now and nothing's changed except I'm more cold, distant and depressed. Every day is the same and every day it eats away a bit more at my soul. I don't know what to do, if there even is anything I can do.

Been at peace sometimes feels like you’re missing out on life like I started going to the gym and saw many beautiful women and I stopped for a little and I was feeling like Damm I need to go back but I stopped and realized that when I was there I was vibrating high not looking for a relationship and that made me feel at peace, I feel like when the time comes the right opportunity will present itself with the help of intuition
