Remote peaks - we climb all of Swedens 2000 m peaks
Together with my friend Anton Levein we climb all of Swedens 2000 m peaks. We try to take the fun route to the top even if that sometimes means bushwacking through a swamp. The video including some of the highlights: traverse of Sarek, Kaskasepakte, Nygren led on Kebnekaise and Pårtetraversen.

In extreme cold (-25 c) I travel around in my van in Sweden - chasing ice to get some more experience and meet up with friends, professional climbers and people I´ve never met before to go ice climbing! facinating i always train maximall. i have to stop myself to train hard because my body cant take it anymore at some point.
Kanon med Kaskasapakte. Ser ju ut som att det går att säkra OK på SV-kammen. Såg nyligen en video med folk som gick över Lilije-toppen, men där var fjället helruttet, helt meningslöst med säkring. Jag var på kaskasatjokka för en massa år sedan. Lång push uppför snöfältet, nonstop. Det rasar stenar från kanterna, så folk som skall gå den vägen uppmanas att gå i mitten av snöfältet och gärna med hjälm. Jag var på Sielmatjokka också, men då stog det 1997 på kartan. Ingen gick där på den tiden. Kanske bästa toppen jag varit på i Sverige.

Some people are so carless and cluless about crevasses... it's astounding
There is spectacular ice climbing around ritsem with 400m icefall
And it’s just 1200km from Stockholm
Thank you for taking the time to assemble the pictures and adjacent explanations.
If you want to be happy, but just date for a short time. Maybe don't look for someone who shares your interests in mountains. That would be ideal, but no one wants to go dancing on a mountain side on tinder. That seems it would be shared interest for a long term relationship

Så kul att få följa med på din träningsvecka, peppande 👍 Jag känner så igen mig när det gäller att springa. Har aldrig varit bra på det och får andnöd och rejäl puls av minsta lilla. Nu är jag inte i närheten av din nivå på träning men din film fick mig att tänka på när jag för något år sedan började gå powerpromenader med stavar nästan varje dag, efter ett tag började jag ta några springsteg och efter ytterligare ett tag så gick det ok att springa. Det var första gången i mitt liv som jag njöt av att springa. Tyvärr tappade jag sedan bort det under vintern och måste börja från början igen.Blev sugen på att komma igång med det igen nu när jag såg din film 😊

Last summer I had my very first introduction with mountaineering. We climbed Petit Flambeau. I really loved it! Next summer, I will follow a mountaineering course. Thank you for your tips!

It's unbelievable how strong Marion is!!!! I'm totally impressed with the intensity of the training. Next level. I would be very interested in a beginner training for snowboarding or skiing because I think even non pro snowboarders could be so much better with the right training. Thanks
