This is very important. I had an experience where the sellers agent verbally agreed that washer dryer and refrigerator will be included in the purchase. Then I overlooked the non-realty addendum. After the option period ended, the realtor came back to me asking if the buyers were interested in purchasing the appliances. I was speechless and had the take the loss on my own.

I am trying to work a FSBO deal in a HOA and we just need someone to look over and make sure everything is correct. Do you offer that service for a flat fee?
