PVH is the world's third largest supplier of solar trackers and the leader in the Middle East. With one of the largest offers of solar trackers, adaptable to any project and land, PVH has a portfolio of 8 GW installed in more than 140 plants worldwide, and a production capacity of more than 6 GW per year.
Our entire tracker family is prepared for bifunctional modules, of which we have installed more than 800MW in desert areas, and tested in wind tunnels to ensure their resistance in any climate.
Axone: Our multirow single-axis tracker, able to move up to 1,200 modules with just one motor. Optimal for flat terrain and regular plots.
Axone Duo: Our dual row single-axis tracker, able to move 128 modules with one motor. Facilitates maintenance work, adaptation to irregular plots and reduces maintenance and assembly costs.
Monoline: Our single row single-axis tracker. Supports 3H, 2V and 2V bifacial configurations of up to 60 panels per row. Optimal for sloping or uneven terrain.

Do that weather station cause shadow on PVs? Additionally i think that managing with only 1 motor has some risks of operation, in case of any fault
You are right about the risk of fault in case only one motor is used but it saves a lot of money and effort to put many small motors. Just keep one additional motor in stock for addressing no motor faults. Rest it needs just timely lubrication and greasing of bearing rotating the panels mounting poles.
