I felt the same way when i played the snes movie game 😂 they show horn the movie big bad in it.

The Snes version is good, but no Green Ranger docks it a lot of points.
The ps1 port gets too much hate. The goals are the same as every other game in the series, just with less fluff. Find something, get a high score. There may be less technical skill required, but the THPS flow is still there. Which is the most important bit. Also, there's grind extensions in the ps1 port. Press a direction with a grind, instead of double tapping, changes it.
The game on snes & genesis are the best
I have the Genesis movie game on my modded 3DS and I love it

When I was a kid my Dad bought me Power Rangers the Movie for the Game Gear. I remember him gifting it to cushion the blow that he was going to be gone for a few months on a drill sergeant assignment. I loved that game, never figured out any special moves.

I love MMPR The Movie on Sega Genesis. It's my favorite Power Rangers game of all time. It follows the movie and the show very well.

The Game Gear version is a gem! It's honestly better than the Genesis version IMO. I love how simple the controls are, BUT each Ranger plays very different from one another. That's some impressive attention to detail from the developers!

Ohhh, boy mode 7 graphcs!! I remember those playing pilotwings and Star Fox! I was a poor kid so we i still had a nes in 93. I remember renting the nes version and man not having save features back then sucked. Nintendo hard was real for us 80's/90's kids. 😂 Cool video. 👍

I actually beat the SNES version in 2 days, without any maps or anything. The game was.. meh... but I couldn't get enough of that awesome music!
Impressive. Though it's the kind of game you really should beat quickly since you can't save it! My dad beat it when I was a kid but he drew up all his own maps
