It's been 41 years since I picked up the Captured Live album the summer of 1981. Although this is on an album they did a great job. Arnel, you've earned your chops like Steve said.

I was invited by a friend to watch a Journey LIVE Concert with AP as Lead singer-and I'm glad I did--because since then I get hooked watching this very talented tenor pitch-perfect singer, many times on LIVE Concerts--AP gives such an amazing performance for spectators to come back over and over again- he takes command of the stage and gives such an incredible and awesome, a blast rock LIVE Concert--on top of that he has those iconic Journey musicians that complement his singing capabilities PERFECT !! !! it's a Concert experience that should not be missed - worth traveling just to see the Journey Concert ! Arnel Pineda is a phenomenal frontman for journey --it has been 15 years now ( 2022 ) and he still looks young! He just turned 54 years old 4 mos ago but AP looks like 20 years younger.. ( I was an SP fan, but SP is already 73 years old and wants to play SOLO and doesn't want to play with Journey anymore ) I moved on.. Maybe even he wants to sing Journey song, he may not sound the same-- BUT SP got his time of fame in the '80s and a legendary musician !!! Thanks, AP for keeping the legacy alive !!
