Pulling the two halves of the crankcase together over the crankshaft. To do this you need a crankshaft puller to do the job right and get the best seal.

Riding a Road King around Las Vegas, NV. #2
มุมมอง 9K15 ปีที่แล้ว
My wife and I rented a Harley Davidson Road King in Las Vegas and took a ride up to Mount Charleston, and then out to Red Rock Canyon. I've been out to these places many times before but never on a bike. The bike is definately the way to go. Next time I'm going to look into a cafe bike because the one-way loop around red Rock (although speed controlled), is full of the twisties.

Just revin up the motor a bit, it's still quite cold and reluctant to snap.
Still running?
Yep! Starts on first pull to this day.
get one from a bws100 its adjustable 4vp minarelli engine
I got a huge problem bought the new stator and now when i tighten the magnet it wont turn. Please help!
great one just got one from the guy next door neighbor
Brake clean on mating surfaces.
I've been using Hondabond 4 for all my engine builds, I've never ever had a leak great stuff well recommended
Would you put Honda Bond on both halves of the crankcase or just one?
Just one case only and just a thin coat
Turn Elvis down. . He doesn't help concentration
Is this ride scary Im planning to go on it
I'm getting vertigo watching this lol
Man these were good times

I just love it when mutes upload videos. Thanks for no input
Gimme a f***ing break dude! You're channel has 1 video upload of a kid chugging a beer that you posted 4 yrs ago. Congratulations on YOUR stellar content! What a douche!
@@RoxxTV 😂😂😂😂 what a wanker
I noticed there is 2 lines on the oil pump. where does the smaller line go? is it a breather tube or does it connect somewhere? really unsure cause mine just hangs off and doesnt seem to connect anywhere
The thinner one goes to the oil nipple, on the carb.
do you have a video showing you taking everything out, do you have to take everything out to replace the oil pump or is it just a case of getting most of the side off to do it ?
I removed the oil tank and hoses but the pump is still in my block I want to mix my oil myself Can i Just leave it in or is it really needed to remove it
I left mine in with a little oil inside so it keeps things lubed..
what a fucking waste of my time...
Wow, great video thank you. Does anyone have a link to such a manual?
That snowblower worked good I have the same one with electric start good video
tks
Nice vid, explains a lot. Do these small oil pumps create "pressure" to push oil through the line into the carburetor, or does the carburetor create some vacuum "pull" the oil through the pump? Ive removed my pump, and I was spinning the gear using a drill, I got very very little oil drippage. Thank you.
The oil pump makes about 5-6 psi pressure to overcome check valve in carburetor The check valve is so your airbox doesn't fill up with oil when the engine is not running
These comments are fucked... Question tho man where did you buy that spray I need some pretty bad I got paint thinner figured itd work and it didn't
@@geosynchronous4386 Yea I seemed to figure that out unfortunately it did get some paint off tho but not all the paint..
SO, . HOW DID U POLISH THIS UP THEN, . ???
I never finished shooting the end of it. But then I used a cloth buffing wheel with black, white then red buffing compound. Aka, jeweller's rouge. It's like a mirror, now!
Nice!! Im in Las Vegas. Looking at a 2001 softail. Air air cooled harleys ok in hot weather places?
Her laugh is like Elmo so keepy thumbs down👎
very helpful thanks :)
if you're around roxx, so during the length of time that the piston is at tdc do i split the difference in the degrees or do i call tdc when it first reaches it's top position. for a single cylinder 5 hp gravely motor, it's old, and worn, but has a helacious duration of tdc. for some reason i can remember my dad doing it on hodaka motors putting it in the middle. which seemed like a lot of degrees at tdc.thanks
Wtf kinda shit music's blaring..
Going here for our annual family trip next month can't wait to get on this ride it is my favorite.
Is it scary cuz, I'm planning to go on it
@@ozybloak459 for me the scariest part is waiting to get off because if you are at the top you are just swinging back and forth. But the ride itself isn't to scary. It's really fun though!
@@kellypyle2603 ok ty
Thank u for the stand dial indicator idea,,
am6
I'm scared of heights and don't like a lot of rides and me and my friends are going to ValleyFair tomorrow would you guys recommend me going on this?
Brilliant! Nice and to the point - thanks
Noise at the end is for what reason. This should be screwed into the spark plug hole no?
I have a minarelli clone I am turning into a little monster. it's in a 2009 keeway matrix. I absolutely love working on it as much as my job will let me. I think randy has a bad ass dio he is the one that got me started on this indever . I also heard a honda elite that smokes the minarelli and this is why I need your videos for help building my clone what do you think of the clone engine should I find a true minarelli.? Thanks Frankie
lol! I love it. I personally am looking forward to a video on how to pick up nails from the driveway and how to go to grandma's house and have supper.
Hi,roxx tv, I have the same stator, just wanted to know where do get ur parts from, especially the stator? Thks hope to hear ur reply.
I have the same model and had no maintenance done on it for 14 years but on the 14th year I had to bring it back where I purchased it and it needed 250 dollars worth of work, I had them do the repair because I felt after 14 years that was not to bad of a price to pay
Good run!
must be the dumbest utuber in hostory wasting everyones time....... get a brain
Link for the manual not working :(
Manual doesn't describe the pump disassembly anyway.
Wow . . was that ever useful! How to shake a can and spray it on . . . and that's it . . . I never would have figured that out without this video . . . maybe he has more . . . like how to close a door or open a window . . .what a TOTAL waste of time . . .
What happend to this scooter? not seen anything about it a while now..
I finished it. Still have it. It goes about 81 miles an hour, and it's extremely loud.
sounds awsome. i hope i can get my malagutti f12 phantom to sound this great.
have you figured out any way to use the oilpump for the 70cc?
you just use it, don't really need to adjust it alot
This isn't the adjustible version but has the fixed output.
I did use heat and freeze techniques. However, when pulling the crankshaft and crankcase halves together as a whole, I find the puller to be precise and no worries about silicon sealer not sticking to condensated frozen aluminum.
wonder if the video was sped up mainly to shorten the video duration or to make it appear faster going down the length of the driveway?
i have a 70cc two stroke piaggio engine with a stage6 r/t ignition kit. it would be amazing if you could make the rest of the video for ignition timing
Nice! thanks for other ride...
There is no paint now, it's polished to a high gloss.
