9.2 ft low rim session SUBSCRIBE
Low Rim dunking is one of the best ways to work on the skill of dunking. If you’re ages 12 and under and want to eventually dunk, you should have a low rim session at least 2 times a week. Older athletes once a week so we don’t run into tendon pain. It’s a great way to accumulate jumping volume at a young age, and it's fun!! Try different types of dunks at different rim heights, and then gradually raise the rim. For a deeper dive into the science behind it, dm me.

Came across your video Try angling the camera horizontal mate so we can see more of your body position in the video, don’t be afraid to show off that muscle you are teaching in each exercise. Your tone you put across is outstanding calm and direct approach to teaching exercises. Keep up the good work mate get yourself in the gym add some more videos, or an outside approach.
