I am disappointed with this video. The voice over is describing the correct safe that I am interested on, but the images are not at all related to the discussion. The images show different safes and dont follow discussion.

Very Poor Customer Service I ordered a set of Keys online from Sentury Safe because I misplaced mine but let me tell you why I had to order them the red light on the unit was on alerting me to change the batteries so I used the finger scanner to open the unit but the strut would not open the lid at all on the unit do to the strut being bad which is a common problem on these units so it stayed locked and I couldn't try again because batteries were completely dead so I ordered the keys online from them and I happened to find the keys that night so the next morning I called customer service to cancel the order and they told me they couldn't cancel the order if it was placed online but if I called in the order by phone they could which mad no sense to me if you can't cancel a order because you ordered online you shouldn't have a online site to order from. I gave customer service (Sentry Safe) one last chance to make it right I told them if they couldn't refund my money to give me a free strut because that was the reason for ordering the $30 keys in the first place but again they wouldn't do that either. I paid $200 for this unit and you can't refund my $30 for the keys I don't need or give me a free strut which you probably have a couple of dollars in is very bad customer service I hope in the future you have the ability to control your online site and the strut problem gets fixed but most of all the customer service gets better.

Is it locksmith proof LOL I seen several TH-cam videos are people using extremely powerful hockey puck sized neodymium magnet to the upper left portion of the case and open the safe within seconds without entering the code. I intending on asking the company that makes these have you fixed this exploit of using a magnetic to break into the safe and see what they say.
