i was geeking out SO hard for, like, three screens when i learned about the mid-transport dream jumps. it's such an intuitive, self-explanatory mechanic. and!! it's so fun to pull off!!
can this map be put on the hardlist please? y'know, just to make me feel better

awesome level, awesome berries for the last berry spam tap jump and follow the instructions on the berry screen
love celeste/sj. ill play a map, its kinda cool, then it has me completely seething, seeing red. becoming mad. from the level. from the sounds. from the music. from the death anim. then after many attempts and maybe a couple days, i complete it, and then its super satisfying and calming, and that absolute loathing is gone, bur replaced with cherishing the level

Loved this level until the last room tbh, spent more time on that room than the whole rest of the level combined. Got me all mad and shit lol

i wholeheartedly believe this map should be completely removed from the mod. The idea that this level is apparently of the same quality and difficulty of forest rush or bee berserk is absolutely laughable. 0/10 i am never revisiting this map ever

did not have a good time with this but the end makes up for it was expecting to have a big juicy massive heart at the end, but saw it was a tiny dinky little one I noticed the first heart pulsing and went to dash into it and died on spikes and madelline went 'WHAT' but it respawned me so i assumed it would do the black slo mo cangratulation then resume gameplay and madeline says what, and you need to do the entire thing but no!
Room at 0:24 took me 20 minutes no joke
I love good maps. I dislike bad maps. But otherwise great maps that are ruined by a single screen…I hate those with a passion. I’ve spent 26 minutes on the last screen. That is almost TWICE AS LONG as I’ve spent on the rest of the level COMBINED. And the map doesn’t even teach you that you can get a vertical boost by holding jump? The last screen is complete garbage. But the rest of the map is fun
About 700 deaths on the last screen. 1000 total. Welcome to the club. I still somehow prefer that over any level that involves carriable shenanigans.

@@thewinner4378 Oh, worry not, I've already skipped over the bothering yellows and completed more than half the reds. Turns out so long as carrying stuff isn't involved I usually don't have that much trouble. And by that I mean that I die hundreds of times, but at least I have fun doing it, so I end up completing levels eventually. In yellow, I'm missing jellyfish sanctum and tectonic trenches - usually jellyfishes are the least obnoxious carriables so I might do them eventually ; attack of the clones - am on the last screen, will probably power through someday - and raindrops on roses - it's technically not a carry level, but I was so aggravated by it disabling neutral walljumps without any warning just as I was taught the technic that I left on the spot, guess I'll go back once I run out of fun levels. Without the bees the entire lobby's yellows would've been a bit of a mess honestly. Eh, that's a tad harsh, golden dawn was fun too. Forest rush, I found the physics a bit weird to grasp. Concept was cool tho. It was still okay, just imperfect - though I've seen how everyone seems to love it so I'm probably alone in finding the physics somewhat strange. In reds I'm missing superstructure and thinking with portals - both of which start with carriable tricks so that's gonna be an unfun nightmare for me - belated valentine's day because the hearts are jank, and the tower that I didn't even dare to try, although if it doesn't have anything to carry I might end up having more fun there than in superstructure or thinking with portals. Sadly, I'm probably never seeing the heartside. Dying thousands of times doesn't bother me so long as I have fun trying. Carry-based levels... my heart's just not in it, so I'm not even mad dying over and over, just straight-up bored. Sigh. Guess this is more or less where strawberry jam stops for me. Oh well, it was bound to happen sooner than later.

I do like this map but WHY would you put a repeating bird prompt in the very last and hardest room, god, please just make a short room to teach that alone and then let me play the game without this thing _yelling at me_ (also for a fun Bird Bonus it gives you a SLIGHT LAG SPIKE just as you start the first jump) I had to turn off sound effects after like 2 minutes of that

super cool map and theme apart from the stamina panic puzzle management... not to mention you dont even know how much stamina umbrella/climbing/wall jumps use
umbrella uses stupid amounts of stamina wall jump when grabbed onto wall uses some stamina climbing uses a tiny bit of stamina wall jump and not grabbing uses zero stamina
oohhhh 2:09 i was trying to up right diagonal in the space blocks, and it was so tricky to grab then not grab and dash at the right time then grab again

how the fuck do you dash back onto that core block after hitting the pufferfish the second time on the third screen? you literally cannot dash after hitting the pufferfish for some reason, and you still can't for like at least half a second after.
jesus christ, this level is indescribably shit? like why the fuck is everything shoved off-screen right against walls and shit where you would never see them? you get to the end and then you realise that you've missed something every single time, and the binoculars are literally useless because they only appear after you collect other things. how can you make a level this shit

I completed the level completely without any hints, I really liked it. Now I'll take the strawberries, because I could only get the second one myself lol
fucking hell, that last level is so shit. everything's placed several blocks off from where it should be, the timing is completely fucked (especially with that last zip block), and most of the wavedashes don't even regenerate your dash unless you get it pixel perfect.
this map is almost unplayable with joystick
Why is it yellow!? Yes, it is not that difficult for the expert lobby, but it is at least red. This level is not the hardest (TOWER XVI is a bit harder), but it is definitely not a yellow level. Well, the penultimate screen is a pain in the ass, but the last one turned out to be not so difficult, even playable.
For some reason it's the last one that kills it for me 😭

Very good concept, not so good in execution
One of my favorite advanced maps! I like puzzle solving
at 4:33 you can pass through the left gate and back. Then the path to the finish is quicker because you will already be in purple.
This map would be 10 times more fun if it showed where the keys are when you're the wrong color.
I liked how those instant bubbles were used in that level
ohhhh 0:48 was trying to do a super then a normal bottom right wavedash hyper(?) or just jumping from the edge of the block and dashing top right
When you just start a lobby and you don't recognize the set ups (me, it's hyper bunny hops. Every time I have no idea what to do until I watch a video)

The technical difficulty wasn’t the part that got to me, it was the routing! Some of these rooms had me so bamboozled.
Why are some celeste mappers under the impression you can’t make levels that are hard AND fun. So many of them sacrifice the fun of levels for the difficulty, which just makes them insufferable. I mean, you literally created a room with the route looping on itself multiple times, and then added badeline to the mix, whose main thing is stopping you from doing exactly that. That’s not fun.
the last room took me sooo long but I loved this level!
