I usually just use a hand mixer, but I'm sure a stand mixer would work just as well

Instructions 1. Preheat your oven 350 and prepare a greased (oil or butter) loaf pan 2. In a large mixing bowl, add sugar, eggs and butter and mix well together. 3. Next, as in your milk, pudding mix, baking powder, and salt and mix together again. 4. Lastly slowly add in your flour and fold the batter one last time. Once everything is mixed well and there are no clumps of flour, fold in chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. 5. Bake 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool, serve, and enjoy

Have you ever made "chocolate pudding bread" it's amazing and super easy. We even altered it and used strawberry pudding and fresh strawberries. My daughters love it!
