こんにちはまさひろさん。 日本語をべんきょしている、 けどちょつとしっています。 あなたの ポッドキャストを好きですよ! It's really great practice for listening, and thank you for the subtitles! Really hope you can figure out what to do in your future ;). I guess it must be stressful, but, I mean... isn't it exiting?

Thanks for this podcast! It’s really great to listen and learning new vocabulary. I wondered if you thought about not hardcoding the English subtitles but using CC only. It would be nice to turn them off so I don’t rely on the translation, but can focus on listening and reading the Japanese subtitles.

I also feel like there are a lot of different things except your major, which you can learn at university, I've also found the direction which I want to continue in a field I never thought about before! PS: I feel that was a big damage for young people during Corona, when everything was online and most of those extra learnings were simply dismissed

I want to make manga that is just an office worker. Nothing special, no superheroes (or at least as a contrast as to how boring he is), just plain ol japanese living.

In Germany if the time the train arrives differs only by 6min or lower the train counts officially as still punctual and doesn't enter the statistics, also if the train gets cancelled completely it doesn't enter the statistics, nevertheless the official statistics say almost 50% of all trains are still late, Germany can really learn a lot from Japan in that concern

It was so touching and encouraging to listen to your story🥺I have always found it difficult to find what is it that I want to do... I have been learning Japanese for many years, but I didn't have the confidence to do anything with the language. And I eventually stopped learning it, because I was so busy with a job I hate... But listening to your podcast, I was really surprised that I was able to understand most of it and it made me so happy. Thank you so much for giving me something to really think about.😊

In Brazil, the dating culture varies depending on which region you are. Also varies depending the financial, social and cultural level of the couple. But usually, the two of them would already met before somehow (university, place of work, clubs, neighborhood, whatever), and eventually one would ask the other on a date and goes from there. If it clicks, they are already considered dating.

I get what you are saying! My world also shifted when I got in touch with a lot of foreign people, for me it happens when I went to study abroad in the Netherlands (im from Brazil). I was studying civil engineering, and went to study a yearn on urban development in Rotterdam. There, I met two friends who had left the university to pursue their dream. They were making sword, shields, helmets and different medieval weapons that would eventually be used on movie productions, series, etc. And I thought that was so cool, so brave. It got me thinking, if I could also live on my dream. Three years later, I also left my university (didnt graduate), and began to pursuit my dream of becoming a poker player. It is a very competitive scene, but my dream was to live competing, on tournaments, to travel. I always been passionate about logical games, strategy games, when I discovered that it was indeed possible to make a living out of it, I took the step. Everyone around told me not to do it, for all different reasons. Its been 6 years since my revenue is 100% from poker. Playing and teaching! It is true that are difficult periods, difficult times, but like you.. I didnt care, I gladly worked hard, and studied even harder to understand the game. Keep up with your work, Im sure in no time those Ryokan will become reality, also your music stuff

Most countries have that feeling of becoming more dangerous. My guess is if you live in the same place for a long time you see more negative than positives. Also the news always pushes certain titles to scare readers and make them feel unsafe cause those titles sell more. It's the news using click bait tactics. It's interesting to hear what is happening in other countries.

all the tests and demos I've seen is with latin based languages. I've used google translate on my recent trip to japan and the japanese use a pocket translater. You have to keep things really simple, noun and adjuctive. plus there's too much delay. I'm sure it'll get faster, but for now I will keep picking up some basic words.
