    Are these narrow paths made by boats or are they natural? In our country, only motor boats cleaned such paths between lakes. Now that all the boats have been removed, the lakes are suffocating without a flow of water. I hope to visit these places in your video.

    I totally agree that sleep helps with weight loss. If you're too tired, you'll eat more. It feels like your body doesnt absorb the nutrients from the food you eat as efficient . You burn calories in your sleep. I also feel drinking Quality liquids can curve hunger and give you an extra nutrient boost. I like drinking green fea with lemon, coffee with cacao powder, sparkling water with fruity tea, lemon, & apple cider vinegar, When im low on energy or didnt get enough sleep, i'll substitute with electrolyte water :). I would recommend watching food hacks by glucose godess

The kind I am taking isn’t the name brand that is having the shortage and is available at a lower price as well. There are lots of options out there and other compounding companies besides the big name brands.

    Insulin levels won’t make you fat. Only control insulin if you have Diabetes. You don’t need to adjust your chemistry to absorb less calories if you’re not eating those extra calories in the first place. Theirs is no getting around the fact that excess fat is caused by overeating. Sites that sell you the idea that there’s some other way around that are scamming you. I bet they also wanted you to sign up for expensive courses and diets designed to fail.

  • @L9MN4sTCUk
    @L9MN4sTCUk 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    The human species spread out across the entire globe except Antarctica, in prehistory times. That was done by being adaptive omnivores. If a carnivore diet was the best for humanity, then we’d have stuck to hunting large game in Africa. If carbs where the best, then we’d stick to the grasslands digging up tubers. And what about the Polynesians that travelled to islands and ate nothing but sugary fruits but lived for thousands of years there. Macro-nutrition diets are nonsense. The number of fat cells don’t cause obesity. Just look at the first law of thermodynamics. Energy can neither be created or destroyed. That means you have to consume extra calories to build up that tissue of stored energy, fat.

  • @L9MN4sTCUk
    @L9MN4sTCUk 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Just do the breakfast cereal test. Read the side of the box for the recommended serving size, measure that out carefully. If you think that portion is too small, so tiny as to be almost a joke then you've found the problem. You're conditioned to overeat. There is nothing wrong with recommended serving sizes.

  • @georgemoonman2830
    @georgemoonman2830 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    you can get the same effect (reduction of appetite, greater satiety) by following a diet high in fat and protein, low in carbohydrates. Taking ozempic but still eating a diet predominently of carbs will still trigger insulin and for several hours after that meal your body will be in "fat storing" mode and unable to access your fat stores. Spending more of your day in a "fat burning" mode by keeping carb intake low, insulin levels low, you will be able to burn more fat from storage. You need to be eating about 1g of protein per lb of ideal body weight, the rest you can fill in with healthy animal fats e.g. butter instead of seed oils, and veg if you really feel like you need them. I've lost over 100lbs doing the carnivore version of keto, I never feel hungry and have no desire to snack on sweet things. Lots of research backs up the idea that people doing keto diets lose more weight than people simply doing "calorie restriction" and it really makes sense when you think about hormones and their effect on hunger (leptin, ghrelin). Work with your body to lose weight, not fight against basic biology.

    Hi, first time listening to you and your journey on these drugs and weight loss! If you could try stay away from anything processed and make meals from scratch using lots of vegetables (big variety) to get good fibre in your diet and concentrate on good choices of proteins and stay away from carbs (sweet or savoury) I'm sure you will see a huge change in your cravings! Try not snack all day long (intermittent fasting) and make sure your first meal of the day has loads of vegetables and good portion of protein, it will set you up for the rest of the day, not being hungry all the time. Sure you know all this, plan ahead - make sure you have meals in place with these principles, so when you are hungry you won't just grab anything! Wishing you the best!

      Fiber is not essential to humans, it is basically waste. Fiber goes through your system and can cause IBS issues. Vegetables are not bioavailable like meat is and actually contains many carcinogens for humans. Beef is superior nutrition for humans.

    I wish you luck in your health journey. Please remember you can quit anything that doesn't benefit you. I might suggest a radical change in diet, try a vegan/vegetarian diet. It takes a long time to permanently fix any weight problem. Fasting may not be the answer. Eating greater quantities of fruits and vegetables may be helpful. Cucumbers, Celery, Carrots, chopped are great snack foods. You can nibble without consequence, I worry greatly that you might have some side effects sooner or later.

      @@archerandthemouse technically it's 0%. It's an appetite suppressor but if you continue the same diet as before there will be no weight loss. Weight loss is a secondary effect. At 1mg per week I can eat a sandwich and not be hungry for 48 hours. Not eating for 48 hours at a time is unhealthy as it means becoming lethargic and even losing balance on your feet. The best course is to see a dietician and have a planned diet. Don't worry about fads on the internet or anecdotes, rumors. It has to be a gradual weight loss.

    Thanks for the share. Carb addiction is real and should never be discounted. I was heavily addicted to refined carbs in the form of breads, pasta, cakes, cookies, crackers and sweet desserts. But eventually I had worsening ongoing health issues, like sleep apnea that was killing me, elevated blood sugars, tiredness and skin rashes etc etc. After several consultations around my options related to surgery, medication, CPAP etc etc, I decided to take responsibility and drastically change my comfort eating lifestyle. I cold turkey quit eating all refined carbs and processed foods, and that was when my entire life changed. It was so hard at first, because I was surrounded by a lot of heavy social eaters who were carb addicts like me. Also everyday at the office I had to deal with the constant barrage of cakes in the kitchen and bowls of candies. When I found myself tempted I would go for a walk, and drank soda water. This helped. I stayed strong, and over time my body responded really well. I started for the first time to know what feeling full actually felt like. My palette also changed and I developed a love for whole foods and realized how delicious fruit is. It takes grit and determination at the beginning but it is so worth it. Those days of addiction are long behind me, and today I look and feel great. I walk daily, work out 3x a week at the gym and wake up in the morning ready to go.

    I had just started Noom before my physician put me on Ozempic. I am finding the two are very complimentary. The appetite suppression from Ozempic combined with the cognitive behavioral therapy from Noom, I am doing well. I understand why some experience depression from Ozempic. Food was my way of self soothing and with the Ozempic I wasn't finding joy in my favorite treats any more. Noom helps retrain your brain to learn better coping methods. One of my favorite lesson was to NOT berate myself over slip ups. Progress, not perfection. Good luck to you.
