Life begins when you conquer the fear of doing things alone
After the seminar, I walked back to the hotel. While walking, a 60 year old man from the same seminar stopped me. He asked how I was brave enough to come alone and walk to my hotel at 11:00PM.
He said if he were me, he wouldn’t walk alone or even visit a big city like this.
Even though he’s from this country (Thailand), he’s still scared because he grew up in the countryside. I told him we should be brave and do what we want because we never know when our time will come.

I understand what you're saying about living in the moment and doing what feels right in the moment, but I believe it’s important to think about the consequences before we act. Before you do something, it’s worth considering if it's legal and if it's the morally right choice, not just the easiest or most exciting one. If we all paused to think about that, we’d likely make better decisions. Sometimes people get caught up in their own views and forget about the bigger picture, but I think that’s something we should try to avoid
I do sometimes wonder if I am capable of achieving it or not, I am overwhelmed by how people and things have progressed while i was resting all these years.
I used to be that person before, I understand how you feel but if you don’t have any goal in your life. it is hard to see yourself succeed
