Please talk to an emigration lawyer if you are thinking of moving to Panama. It's not as easy as it's made out in this video. I've lived here for over 10 years. I love living here, however if you don't speak Spanish you may find it difficult. English is not widely spoken. Also the work culture is very different.
Of course, you’ll need a lawyer in Panama, and that’s precisely what we offer. You’ll also need patience; moving to a developing country means you’ll have to deal with some bureaucratic processes, which we fully understand. Additionally, Spanish is spoken in Panama, and it’s important to adapt and learn at least the basics of the language in any country you wish to live in. Regardless, our team is here to assist you with everything you need. Thank you for your feedback.
@NOMADTAX-EN I have lived here for over 10 years
A channel for would like to be thieves. Mostly poors if 50k deposit seems a lot. Also having a residential visa does not make you resident for fiscal porpoises. One would have to live there for 6+months. Most of the people with money in fiscal paradise does not live in there
Simply obtaining a residence visa is not enough to be considered a tax resident in Panama; you’ll need additional proof and must also detach from your country of origin. We have several videos on our channel that explain these topics in detail. Thank you for your feedback.
No they're not
Yes low taxes for corporations BUT the people who live here are taxed to oblivion !!!

The most important thing everyone should be thinking about right now is how to invest in different sources of income that are not dependent on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the world 🌍 . This is still a good time to invest in different stocks like gold, silver and digital currencies. How can you exit your country as a tax resident if you take up non-dom residence in another country?
So 150k buy a condo and can get the passport????
Absolutely. Best , EXPATS,, TAX advance on TH-cam Straight talking to the point .. Not like ,,the other TH-cam guys that wast time talking about nothing 90+% of the time ..
This could have been valuable information for many people in the UK up until two weeks ago. Hopefully, they won’t introduce an exit tax, and people from the UK will still have time to implement this strategy.

hi man, how are u? Peter here :) Listen, speaking of acquaintances: if I decide to take this step-currently living in Dubai which is not part of the Hague Convention-how do I apostille the documents? The embassy here is silent if not really absent, I would like to ask them questions but no one answers me! What would you do? Is it confirmed anyway that you need their intervention before starting the paperwork for residency in Paraguay? Thank you and sorry, bye

Would a real estate investment of $70,000 that is then rented out give residency through investment?

If you get permanent residency is it difficult to then get a passport?
The passport requires some economic substance in the country and some other requirements. It can be obtained but it is not simple. Best regards.
@Shane A lot of the online immigration companies make it seem that it is easy to get citizenship and a passport automatically after 3 years. As the speaker noted below, you need to have ties to Paraguay. You need to get your tax number. Also, you need to spend some time in Paraguay which would typically be over 183 days per year for tax residency on any income earned in Paraguay at a maximum tax rate of 10%. So, you will need to give an address, demonstrate some ties (join a club, take a Spanish class), and demonstrate you have integrated within Paraguay society. You will likely need to pass a Spanish language politics and history test. Once you have passed the citizenship test, the issuance of the passport can take up to several years. Technically, Paraguay only permits dual citizenship with countries they have a dual citizenship treaty with including Spain and Italy. Once you get your Paraguayan citizenship, you are supposed to renounce other citizenships, however, I don' t think this policy is enforced unlike some other countries like Netherlands, Japan, and Singapore. In summary, while you could technically get a Paraguayan passport in 3 years, in practice, it is more likely that it will at least be 3-5 years. Like Panama, Paraguay does not have a demonstrated history of granting citizenship in a proven timely manner unlike Mexico. If you are looking at shorter required residency options in Latin American countries, I would look at Argentina (2 years) and Peru (2 years). You cannot renounce Argentinian citizenship. You might also want to look at Honduras. In Europe, I would look at Portugal or Ireland.
@@hoselv Of course it is not ``easy''.... Evidently you need to demonstrate certain requirements in the country, only by paying they will give you a passport in an easy way, otherwise any country requires you to have involvement in its territory. I see it logical.
@@NOMADTAX-EN I understand. I was trying to help people understand that it is not as easy as simply waiting to get citizenship after 3 years once that person has gotten a lot temporary residency and permanent residency. There a lot of Expat websites that heavily promote Paraguay and they do not tell people the exact process of what typically happens in reality. I am not saying your website does this. A lot of people assume that they will automatically get citizenship in 3 years in Paraguay whereas often the case is people wait more like 3-5 years or more or haven't gotten citizenship due to Latin American bureaucracy. I am curious to know the actual percentage of naturalized residents who have gotten citizenship/passport in under 5 years. Panama is the same way. From what I have seen, it looks like Argentina has a higher amount of people getting naturalized in 3-4 years. Paraguay looks like a good option for people wanting to get a second residency, but, hard to actually get the citizenship.
Thanks for your video. Could you clarify if someone who obtains temporary residency but do not live in Paraguay only visit once or twice every 1-3 years can claim tax residency or is there a minimum number of months to live in Paraguay to claim tax residency there? Thank you
You can apply for tax residency by visiting Paraguay only once a year.
@@NOMADTAX-EN thank you but that means I don’t have to be there a minimum months per year to qualify and maintain tax residency? Another channel I just watched states it takes to live 6 months and 1 day in Paraguay to be tax resident. Any official government website you can share to confirm this information? Thanks so much
@@intuitive8254 You can simply be a tax resident by keeping your RUC number active and spending one day a year in the country. Paraguayan law does not specify that you have to spend 120 days or 183 in this case that you mention. I can share you by whatsapp (through our web).
@@NOMADTAX-EN thank you so much for confirming
