@oldguylearnsbassguitar2441 ahh, don't think of it in those terms. Good, bad, it doesn't matter. It's about having fun and enjoying what you're doing. There are a million bassists out there that are a million times more proficient than me. I play what I can play, and if it isn't awesome, no big deal. I just have fun with it. Even though I barely have traffic on my channel, it doesn't matter. I play for me and my personal enjoyment, good or bad.

By ear.. using an isolated track. I did slow it down to figure it out. Hamilton was in beast mode for this song.

@toothpickvic 70s Aerosmith was the best. They were raw and dangerous. Their later albums were too polished, in my opinion. Then everything started sounding the same....Angel and Janie's Got a Gun.🤮

I almost forgot about these guys. Radar Gun popped up in my suggested feed and I remembered them from doing the Conan show way back. The whole album is a cowpunk classic.

@melius0 thanks! Yeah, there were rumors of other guys coming in and rerecording Nikki's studio parts. Nikki does play a lot simpler live, but a lot of others do, too. I don't know what the real story is and I don't think I ever will. Thanks for stopping by!
