Carrier service not good 4 day not respones complane cancel Talk to the customer. Cancel the order without any complaint and say that it was cancelled from your side.

I bought Your AC on 26 May 2024 of your company to see your good reputation in the market No doubt your ac are very good but your installation services are not good.The installation worker came on 31 may to installed The ac But it was not installed properly i complained to you that installation done by your workers in not proper after fews day of my complaint the second person was sent by you installed properly Though he installed proper way but the installation of Copper wire was not done properly by him the copper wire is out of the plaster of the wall while he left our house i checked the installation and same time i informed while he was on the way that fix the copper wire in the wall properly he said that ill do it tomorrow morning,After that i on the Ac the water leaking and the water is directly coming electronic switche bord till the date your worker sarabjit singh and paramjeet singh did not visit our house and aslo not pick my call , know i will let you know that if any short circuit is there in my house because of the water leakage your company will be responsible for the short circuit of my house,I am ringing to sarabjeet singh whose looking installation team but he is not picking my phone Day before yesterday i had to phone from my brother in law number immediately he picked it,then i informed him now you have picked my phone and complaint each and every thing then he said sorryand promised to send the installation boy tomorrow definitely but till now nothing has been done,,now how you can hope from me that how i will recommend to anyone to buy your product,ill share the screenshot of water leakage And product bill

Midea team is not able to provide any service since last 2 months, they have not technical team, hence my advice is not to buy the product of this brand.

Amazon is a brand or I am an old customer of Amazon, I have purchased the item, now the company is not repairing so what is my fault, I am following from 2 months with midia or amazon but no solution given By both of them. Carrier non inventor spilit ac performance is average . But inventor spilit ac performance is very very poor. Pcb board problem regularly comes. Totally waste..😂😢😮😅. But Mitsubishi electric air conditioner performance is better than carrier company ac. This is my personal experience.

I can’t express how EASY it was to install. This unit has been a life savior during the summer and some days during other seasons where it can still be a bit warm at night. In this small place is my friend, a husky, poodle mix and myself. We need AC - lolI don’t use the dehumidifier option - I’m not sure if it will leak in my house, since I did not install the small draining hose that came with it. May look into it late but I don’t worry about much humidity in the apartment. I don’t understand why the negative reviews since all things mentioned, I personally did not find issues with. Definitely worth it!
