Not alot of anime games are THIS good. My only gripe is that your character has a limited amount of responses and alot of what he/she does has no impact on the story.

Here's something interesting I took notice of while playing through the game. This last mission takes place in an alternate timeline where Zeke agreed to rescue Annie from Wall Sina, and it was likely added in just to give story mode a final battle to end things off on. With this in mind, it's plausible that our character is not only alive but is set to return in a potential third game.

Fun fact: In the warriors story reiner loses so they did not recover annie however in this timeline they recover annie so in the canon timeline your still alive because then they would take care of the titans jnstead of annie then when they kill all titans no titan in the area will kill you

after watching AOT final, the kind of feeling i get when playing this again is kinda hopeless, because no matter what we do everything will come to an end. i wish i forget everything about AOT and start playing this.

The sad part beyond recovery is not about me dying as a character in the game but my feeling for the "nameless hero" as a separate identity, missing him/her as a person really sucks. The strongest of all regiments was our hero character. The strongest should be the last man standing till the credits roll. & this loss came only because of a ridiculous cutscene. I know player skill varies but I truly wish there were 2 different story endings (loss to death, or survive with a win) based on how the players perform, that could do a proper consolation with making things more interesting. When my hero was dying, I was feeling useless, my enraged mind was screaming inside "let me control the hero" at that moment. I don't know about others but I swear I could kill those infinite titans (500, 1000 i don't care) for hours to buy enough time for Eren and others' escape countdown. I built the hero that well to survive such situations. In game missions, I even fought worse. 😢 & no way my character just falls to ground from a push by a simple titan, that's ridiculous, that's like " o I could survive but I have to die for story cutscene"

I got some advice when you are playing as a custom peick you can have ymir on your team pres the button to activate her close your eyes then open and pretend your custom peick transform into a titan and the jaw is close enough to the cart titan so you can use your imagination

I'd say that im a not too emotional person but this ending really made me feel something, i almost felt like i was the character and died and everyone mourning your death hits hard.

My character's name was Arseny Dikku. I was playing for the first time, I didn't know where the game would start and how it would end... I am, I am really happy for my life in this game. My character was living an ordinary life, as at that moment an armored titan broke down the inner wall, and mom and dad, at the cost of their own lives, saved me. I cried and convulsed on the ship from what happened when the evacuation was underway. But he, the boy next to me, screamed at the top of his voice that he would kill them all, and I did the same. Joined the army. They didn't have high hopes for me, I was a simple guy who was happy to chat, laugh and support. And in the end, I found a new family, Mikasa, Armin, Hanji, Sasha, Levi, Berthold and Rainer - surprisingly, these were the characters with whom I spent the most time and became attached to them. And how painful it was to watch their reaction.. For Sasha, because we made a date so that we could hunt, but we couldn't. For Mikasa, because we never talked.. For Levi.. Because.. After all, I learned how to make tea) For Hanji shouting at Erwin.. It was strong.. For Armin, who helped me, and whom I helped. For Jean, who was worried and happy when we did something with him, and for Eren, because we always helped him, and did not turn away. Even the moment when we gave him a bandage, and he accidentally turned into, said a lot. When everyone was looking at the frightened boy with swords in his hands, only Levi and I were on his side, and tried to calm others down. I, I did not want such a death, I hope that the scene after the credits is a canoe, and not a deathbed dream. I really want to live until the end of the game with our characters, see how they grow, change, and so on. I'm sure my character was a good guy, just like me, and I'm happy for the life I've lived, even if I would like to live more...

I.. I really felt those emotions that.. which I experienced at very serious moments in my life. This game brought me into some kind of apathy, because, as it turned out, we were able to help our friends) They set up a date for Sasha to hunt, supported Jean when they mocked him and his relationship with his mother. We helped Mikasa open his eyes and see a world that revolves not only around Eren, drank tea with Levi and listened to how happy he was for us. We helped Hanji with the experiments and listened to how Moblet tried to save us from her. DAMN, AND THESE ARE JUST THE CHARACTERS I'M FOCUSING ON. God, I wish we were alive and hobbling, bleeding, got to the gate of the Pink Wall.. So that we could see a familiar face, take him by the shoulder and turn him around with such a slow and relaxed nod. As if to say, "Hello, brother." It's really hard for me to realize this, because we've come such a long way and died like this.. I do not know, I did not want to die! I hope I survived, and in the 3rd part we will be shown alive. Thank you to all of you, dear creators of the game, the characters, the actors who put their soul into them, and Isayama. Thank you all. I really felt alive and contributing to the lives of others in this beautiful universe.

Because I know how hard the mission to get this was, I bring in my maxed out gun gear and help players who send out help requests, but will use my maxed out flame swords if they ask me too, and make sure if there is a Titan grabbing the host player, I’ll save them, even if I die trying.

plot twist what if the beast, colossal and armored plus cart came to help us and take us to marley. their we would enherit ymirs jaw titan (somehow i just want my character to have a titan) and we began fighting on marleys side (but we are not friends with marleyeans just playing warrior) then aot season 4 the battle of liberio happens and they save us but marley invades eldia and we have to fight abnormals plus shifters and protect eren but then the rumbling starts because faze gabi decided to clip eren.

Just finished it recently and loved how they did it. I always said i wanted to kill the armored titan so the shaking hands hit Great game, shit show
