I received one of these today. I just tested it out and it seemed to work just fine. It heated up very quickly and produced steam. I feel it is fine for a cheap, domestic, low use steam cleaner. I think that this video does not do the product justice! The guy is cleaning wheels but does not think to use the supplied brushes? It seems to work fine for me.

I broke my C-port but bought another charging cable that works for the Flex 5 (the circle port at the top), which only cost 15 dollars. The model number is BRJ65200325. Input: 100-240V 50-60Hz 1.8A Output: 20V 3.25A 65 W. I bought it on Amazon, I'm about to change out the battery and I'll get the part number to see if I can fix the C port.
