Hi George, Sorry for the delay. Yours is a weird problem. When you push the button in on a door, does that have any effect? That fact that it is your key fob and you button on the dashboard tells that it might be something more central. Check the following - Faulty Central Locking Module or Relay: The central locking module, which controls the operation of the locks, could be malfunctioning. A relay within this system might be stuck or not working correctly, leading to the issue where it locks but does not unlock. Wiring or Connection Issue: There might be a wiring problem, such as a broken wire or a loose connection, particularly around the driver's door, where most of the central locking wiring is routed. Faulty Door Lock Actuator: The actuator in one or more doors might be faulty. This would cause the system to not unlock, even though it can still lock. Key Fob Battery or Synchronisation Issue: Sometimes, a weak battery in the key fob or a need to resynchronise the key with the vehicle can cause these problems. Blown Fuse, although thats highly unlikely Hope this helps

That's is a great colour! What would something like that cost usually?

Hi, the unit on the van and door is held in with a plastic popper, if pull out the middle you can pull the rest of the popper out, then the unit has a hook on the bottom allowing you to lift it out. Let me know if I have understood correctly.

I think I overthought this and was convinced it was electrical. My issue was exactly the same.

@@hugo-a-go-go @foundinthemountainsuk where i can find The button to adjust The button … at The moment i fixed The problem by pushing Some pieces of cardbord behind the sensor so to sticks a bit more out but being able to adjust The mechanism would be better ;)

OK, Find the plunger at the back of the opening and try and press it fully and then try and lock the door. If it locks that tells you that part of the system is OK. So it's probably the plastic tab on the back of the sliding that is not pushing it in fully. So try and an bulld out the item with the plunger so it's closer to the tab. Let me know.
