What you don't mention is the second FMI code. For example 1127/2 which is displayed above the diagnostic code. That's what I'm getting which is erratic data from the TMAP sensor. That second FMI code will point you in the direction you need to go to fix the diagnostic code. So far just reseating the TMAP sensor and connector fixed it. But accessing the TMAP sensor on the RZR turbo is a nightmare. Either contort yourself and arms to get in there or remove the whole roll cage and rear covers.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. Anything more than half throttle, it just bogs. Like it is either missing under load or running rich. I have a stock carb , but have not gone through it yet. Plug was original and very sooty so got a new one to start. The 7 years prior, never had this problem and I haven’t modified anything. What gets me wondering is what is going on in the carb where re-jetting it so much now makes it run normal. Is the carb warped? or some sort of leak in the main fuel circuit? Mine starts, idles and runs great to half throttle. Will try and update once I dive into it.

So I just did a cleaning on my LTZ400 and after I put it back together it fires right up and idles but bogs and dies if you give it anything more than 1/4 throttle. What did I do wrong?!

Quick question would it run good if I just put the stock 148 main jet?

Nothing you did made it any faster... the only thing those bolt ons did was make get to its top speed a little faster

What size jets did you use and brand? I’m working on a 02 Raptor 660 has same air filter as yours and full exhaust what jet sizes should I order?

You probably can change sprocket if you realy want to go faster

Most times the filter screen on the fuel petcock in the tank deteriorate if you replace that you dont need an external filter. That eliminates 2 more potential leaks. And i have never found a chinese repro that didnt need tuning on and rejetting .

Great video..... I have 2016 Recon starts right up and idles just fine. Open the throttle... bogs down then stalls out. It was running great, then stalled out like it ran out of gas. It didn't. Just doing like above. Starts, idles good, Crack throttle, bogs down and stalls out. What do I need to fix ?

👍Seems like it was kind of up and 😒down you need to focus on not Tapping that back break you need to find the position that you can hold the throttle without it going up and down and then you can start and end them in the same position 😎without moving the flex up down to to much❤🥶🥷🏼
