Super yummy take on a traditional lasagna for my low carber buddies 😊 the only ingredient left out of the video talk was aged smoked cheddar (you can see the package a bit) just a little grate will do
I don’t like the tast of ricotta alone so if you are like me you will love this

I made these. Outstanding. 10/10. The recipe needs no modification. I used a little bit of chipotle sauce mixed into red salsa for the sauce on top and that was good. I also sprinkled some Mexican cheese on top. That was good also.

Isn’t that smackalicious like 25 bucks? I make BLove sauce from scratch. Cost maybe 3 bucks in spices. Just measure it out on your own and save that money lol. Looks great though.

Question 🙋🏻♂️… did you thaw the crab before you baked? Or did you bake them frozen and at what temperature for 45 min.
Do 350 for 25 minutes. That’s all the time you need. And if you can use a rack to put the crab on with water underneath. It will help steam them.
45 minutes? Smh. They are already cooked. They just need to be warmed through.. yikes.

Do 25 minutes at the most, on thawed legs, no matter how big they are. Pro Tip: add a couple tblspns of Ginger paste to your basting/dipping sauce and it will *turn up* the taste of these, and trust me, you will never try it without again!
