The name is derived from the Marquise of Pompadour, for whom King Louis XIV of France allegedly had a stone fashioned to resemble what he considered her perfectly shaped eyes
Why do u think u hv to w8 for aman to buy u an engagement ring? Who says u can't get engaged to yourself
I love pearls so why is a Mikimoto Pearl such a big deal and so expensive❤❤
Zarina, do you really think that the love will not last if the ring irritates you? 😂😂😂😂😂😂
If the engagement fell through, I would return the ring. Who would want it? If they said the girl should keep it, I'd sell it.
Mariah Carey's engagement ring from the Australian Billionaire, is super 💎💍
Depends on weather fiancé did something wrong like cheat , then I would keep it , conscience clear …. If it was a mutual agreement that it wouldn’t work then I would give it back.
I wear socks like that for tennis😄
Ring is a gift and if marriage doesn't occur do with it what you want even giving it back
I like Alexandrite and Diamonds for an Engagement ring.
Size does not qualify as quality Do you ladies know the color grade of the stones we are talking about here 😂 I’ve see huge stones that look like shyatt
Must return ring especially if it comes from the family of the Fiancée.
yes they have an expensive ring but the marriage didnt work.
Marquis cut is my favorite!
My little sister always tells me I bullied her. And i always told her she was adopted.
I don't remember who, but the marquise cut was created by someone famous man who loved the smile/lips of his lady love. I heard the story too many years ago😂😂😂
These sisters are HILARIOUS 😂
The years spent as a child younger than 18 still count 2x. However, one does need to have a C permit as a prerequisite to apply for citizenship. A work history is not necessary.
"Quite affordable, only $50,000." Quite affordable for WHO?? The rich or just well to do?? Most people cannot afford a 50k ring, a down payment for a house Yes, but for a ring it would be throwing hard earned money out the window.
Isn't a wedding ring more important due to what it represents 😮
I met a man online who lived over 600 miles from me. He came to meet me and proposed after months and months of video calls. I accepted, although I was not physically attracted to him at all. I almost did not want to answer my door after seeing him get out of his truck, from inside of my home, although he was charming and said all of the right things. I went to spend an entire summer with him. At the end of my stay there, we were married. We did marry during that time, although the night before our wedding, I had a red flag but I brushed it away. I was married to this man for 6 years. Obviously, he lived in another state. He promised to move to my city and town after a year. He never did. Each year it was "just another year," so that he could take care of some business affairs. He did however come to visit me twice a year. Over time I got to know him more. He must have thought that he was the most intelligent person and in conversations he would barely let anyone else speak. He would belittle others in conversations. 😢He was sometimes controlling, which I did not like. He would come visit me like twice a year. After all of that time, we never lived together as man and wife. After each year of "just one more year" I lost more and more respect for him. My family also wondered what was up with him and what I thought was love was more and more replaced with disrust and less and less love. Finally, after the 6th year being told "another year" I was done. I had no trust in his word and felt no love for this man. At that point I had taken off his ring. When he came for his next visit, I told him I wanted a divorce. At that moment, he asked for the ring back. I was perturbed that he asked for it back, but I gave it back to him. I think now, that I should have kept it after 6 years of waiting for him and besides we were married.
great information, ladies... wonderfully presented and you both are also a wonderful presentation in your own right :)
I think legally you should give it back to the person that paid for it. Because the ring is an acceptance to marry and if the marriage doesn’t go through then ring should be returned. but you don’t have to return your rings after marriage
💙💛
Хочу аби ви повернулись ❤
Hi guys,if he calls it off he might want it back, but if you call it off,you lose it,but usually your intitaled to it.
If he breaks it off, he has no legal right to get it back and if he goes to court he will lose 99% of the time. The only time I heard of a man getting it back after he broke off the engagement was because the ring was a family heirloom and the judge felt bad for him. She even told him not to give that ring to a woman again because another judge might not let him have it back since he broke the verbal contract. If a man is smart, he should put it in writing with both signing it that if the engagement is called off by either party, the ring goes back to him since he paid for it. But then, most women would most likely tell him to get lost. lol
Продовжуйте, дівчата!
I plan to suggest my daughter to attend Le Rosey for high school. Couple of questions for you, hope you could help us. - How often are you allowed to see your parents during the year? what about calling them? how's the access in general? can you leave (take a vacation)? - If I have two kids, does the school offer a better price? any financial aids or scholarships available that you know of? - Can my daughter attend the last 2 years of high school? what's the minimum number of years the school demands? Thank you much! I appreciate you both!
You can see your parents during the Swiss holidays of the year or if you live in Switzerland then you can see your parents a lot more often. Boarding school students aren't allowed electronic devices during the night from Mon-Fri. To be honest especially for Roséens, your child will probably be studying because they demand high academic achievements. You are allowed leave for vacation during the holidays and summer of course. Le Rosey offers limited scholarships like Le Regent or Léman but it's really challenging. You will have to pay extra money for other things the demand even if you have a scholarship. Le Rosey loves every single pupil so your children can stay as long as they want. Actually many Swiss boarding schools offers fantastic summer camps, they are literally a change of a lifetime. I hope this helps, I really enjoyed my experience and I imagine your kid(s) will have lots of fun!
If you have been dating more than 5 years get engaged the engagement falls through become HE changes HIS mind, keep the ring. If you are breaking it off, give back the ring.
Uffff. The trash grammar.. so. If u dated for 5 years , GET ENGAGED !! - If you can't stand him anymore, break it off and give the ring back. - If he can't stand you anymore and leaves you, you keep the ring ( he , the HEAD of the family, should've refused the wedding proposal or to propose you from the start )
You should show the diamonds closer up and for longer in your videos so we can really see how they look. Thank you!
My engagement ring is 7 round cut emeralds in a yellow gold channel setting. My husband's birth stone. Green is my favorite color.
depends whose party who cancelled it.
I say if he stops the wedding you keep. If you cancel you give it back. My ring is heart shaped emerald with round shaped diamonds, set like a high school ring. It's only 52point emerald . Very nice emerald.. I love green
First off, I love heart shaped diamonds and gemstones. Second, you are correct - an engagement ring represents a promise to marry and whoever breaks that promise loses the ring. That does hold up in court by the way.
🎊
Found your moms interview where she saying that Natkina was opened by herself in Swiss, so actually is it is not quite business from small table that grew up suddenly(((((((
Thank you for this video, would be great if you give some tips how to look for suppliers?
We have factory, don't know how to sell in Europe
Why are you lying to us? Rounds diamonds do NOT look the biggest... "fancy"/elongated shapes have a larger face up surface area per carat than round. Round is also more expensive, maybe that's why you're trying to trick people into buying them. The only benefit to round is there is no bowtie effect. Shame on you!
can you also please give us insights on: how high the tuition fees were? and how you were able to afford it? also alittle abit about what languages were your're courses taught in? How did you make the move to switzerland in the first place?
I remember when Bethany Frankel of the Real Housewives once said …. “ They are only 4 color grades of diamonds, D,E,F, & brown 😂
😣 'promo sm'
