If ur hairs are like dry and brittle then u can skip it it has shikakai which has the tendency of drying ur hair out….. if u still use it apply a bit of coconut or olive oil after shower in wet hair it will prevent further drying of hairs

No its not for dry skin … its for acne prone skin oily skin … its a gel based cream and helps absorb excess oil from skin …

I used the oil and shampoo it didn’t have any side effect on my hairs. But if you feel u would like to avoid sls and paraben in shampoo u can try so many other shampoos. Like mamaearth, wella professionals etc.
