So there were two songs called “Monkey Business” in 1991? I had only heard the one by Skid Row. I swear this is is a Mandela effect lol. How have I never heard of this song?

This music is terrible. With acts like this no wonder the hair band scene failed so spectacularly. That Kramer Holoflash Sustainer though. Always wanted one of those, worth big money nowadays.

It is so weird that like yesterday we were in out late teens and MILLIONS of people liked stuff like this, now were in our 50s and MILLIONS of people could not care less and people as old as in their 30s have no memory of this ever even existing. i really never expected that when i was 16.

i was a high school senior in 89/90 and frankly i was a Thrash guy so this wasnt really the stuff i was listening to. but i remember they were one of the small handful of bands that literally were just like a year too late. a lot of people myself included were looking for something new, unfortunately a few years later grunge "which i hated" won that spot. i spent the entire 90s listening to weirder older more obscure music from the previous decades, arguably ACTUAL alternative music not top 40 grunge and alt rock. but i still have great memories of the mid/late 80s and the Thrash Metal me and my friends were into and the Glam Metal power ballads that i secretly liked on the local rock radio stations. as well as the 120 minutes music that we used to call college rock before everyone and their dog were saying i like alternative rock.

This has to be the most underrated rock band, I had to listened their complete first récord and Screw it. Both are so good albums, great riffs, synth and power ballads. I recommend them a lot
