Very cool to watch. What model sprayer would you recommend for a homeowner doing the occasional project, like painting trim and doors?

You have the wrong gear on 😂 supposed to protect your lungs not your eyes 😂😂. 2. When you start, you start with the edges and any grooves , window or frames , very lightly hit those different angles 3. NEVER tilt your gun up, down, lft,rt etc…. Doesn’t leave a uniform finish. 4. First coat is the light coat. Don’t worry about coverage. Think of the ,first 2 coats are light layers 5. By the time you finish your 2-3 coat you’ll have a even smooth finish with no run’s because you did it little by little And wear a mask. Goggles don’t really matter

The finish looks money. I’ve been having a hard time getting my graco 390 to push paint through a 310. I know it’s not the sprayer, is the paint to viscous and I need to thin it a bit?

No 6” extension?

does the paint ever bridge to thee paint sticks either at the top or bottom?

What about the top and bottom edges of the door. Do you not apply paint to those surfaces.

Why do you use a 411 tip when it says on the package 411 tips are for stains? I used a 311 tip and the glossy paint I was spraying atomized before hitting the surface. I sprayed outside, it was about 78-80 degrees. Any advice? I also had problems with “fingers” Even after turning the pressure up.

Its called a door tree . Making all surfaces that require paint accessible all at once .

Hi Joseph. So, I have a GracoX5. Used a 315 tip to paint doors. Had the pressure turned down. But, I got a lot of runs. Thot I was moving fast enough. What’s the best technique for not getting runs?

What spray gun do you use? What’s the tip size ? And what pressor do you use to spray door ?

I am staining my front door black. Would you recommend clear spar urethane to finish it? I am concerned about it yellowing or altering the appearance of the black stain.

Also, make that when you're spraying, you're standing on the very top step of the stepladder.

Is there any issue with the spraying on to the walls when spraying trim before the final wall painting? I see everybody does it this way but I'm concerned there will be artifacts showing through the wall paint vs. taping the walls off. Fantastic house, must have been a fun job to get.

What about the paint that gets on the walls from spraying the doors that are against the walls?
