When you are in the worst depths of your life, those self-improvement videosf can actually make you more depressed because when you are not able to accomplish that hard stuff, you feel like a waste and get depressed. BUT YOU TAUGHT ME THAT THE START DOES NOT NEED TO BE SO HARD, LIKE DOING EXERCISE, NO FAP, STRICT DIET, ETC. BUT THE PEACEFUL THINGS THAT HELP YOU GAIN SELF-RESPECT, MENTAL PEACE, SELF-RECOGNITION, AND SELF-LOVE FIRST. THEN YOU CAN GO FOR THE OTHER PHYSICAL THINGS LIKE DOING EXERCISE, NO FAP, STRICT DIET, ETC. It's been a while I stared to watch yr videos .and I really love them I am medical student in order to make into a govt college I have to work hard they say 24×7 and thinking abt breaks make me feel guilty that now I am the one taking break but my opponent is working hard then I will fail . This scares and parentspressure in order to succeed makes me worried.i don't even enjoy life now . Most of the time I am stressed or thinking abt future or creating fake scenario. What are yr thoughts on my situation
